My brother and I were treating ourselves to some belated birthday celebrations and the ladies instore didnt rush us or force us to make any decisions on purchases, they made suggestions, went through samples, shared their knowledge, it was one of the best retail experiences I've had, I only wished I made a note of their names to give them more recognition. But I made a point to choose the right store so please reward them for their amazing customer service.

Wanted to say a big thank you to Little Steph! She took the time to explain the differences between the perfumes I was looking at, and helped me sign up for a loyalty card explaining that it would save me money with the offers they had on! She wrapped it beautifully and will make a wonderful gift for my mum's birthday.

Great service today from Lauren. She was very patient with me as I couldnt decide on an aftershave. But she knew what kind of smell I was after. And we got there in the end! Very professional and knew her stuff! Top marks to lau!

Libby and Jade were really helpful and amazing! Would highly recommend!

I'd like to thank the rude man who pushed in front of a woman in a wheelchair at the merryhill shopping centre store today, and the middle aged lady serving who also chose to ignore me and serve him instead.
I left and purchased the set i wanted from the fragrance store online and saved a whopping £27 on your prices! So, thank you very much, i know where to shop and feel valued going forward!!
Well, I have emailed as requested, although I don't see how you can resolve this now?

Lauren was amazing, really helpful, great connection with customers and supported with knowledge of products. Not the first time she’s helped me out. She was just lovely, a real credit to the store.

Ashley at the merry hill lower level branch helped me and my husband today with serval fragrances,, she went above and beyond to help with trying lots of scents to even gift wrapping.. its restored my faith in retail thank you Ashley 110% customer service!!
