The amazing staff in my Merry Hill branch are always so friendly, professional and put customer's needs first and foremost.

It's always nice to see that they show an interest in you as a person and I always leave feeling happy.

Me and my brother came in to choose a perfume for our grandmother and wasn't entirely sure what to get, fortunately Natalie and Sarah were very helpful and recommended us some perfumes to choose. They were very lovely, kind, helpful and wonderful women. Would definitely go again!

We were served today by a lovely lady called Sara who helped me find perfume for my mom and wrapped it up for us perfectly! She also told me about travel o’s which was the perfect way for me to try out a perfume that I’ve heard amazing reviews about! Absolutely great service and would definitely come back and the staff were friendly too.

I couldn't decide which fragrance to buy . Chrissie was very knowledgeable and recommended some beautiful fragrances. She was kind and polite. I came away with the perfect fragrance thank you.

My husband and I came in here to look at an aftershave and left with two samples. 1 for me and 1 for him. Natalie displayed perfect customer service and it was such a pleasure to interact with her. We visited the Merry Hill 1 shop and had the absolute pleasure of being supported with our purchases by Libby and Meg. Great employees, great people and fabulous customer service 👍 They even entertained my 1 year old and gave her a sticker! Thank you both for being amazing!!! @manager, they need a raise!

Libby was really welcoming and keen to help me find the right fragrance. She let me take my time with all the products and encouraged me to sign up for a membership card which I’m planning on using again and again. A very friendly shop thank you.

Today I was shopping at the perfume shop and the merry hill branch and the ladies Natalie and Ashley served me. They were welcoming and very helpful I couldn’t ask for better service. Natalie wrapped my gift so beautifully I left smiling from ear to ear thank you ladies!

She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout she took the time to answer all my questions with a smile and made me feel comfortable Millie also gave me amazing recommendations, including a beautiful perfume I ended up loving her customer service was top tier you can tell she really cares.
