I didn't have a good experience. I sent all the documentation by mail and they're still asking for more for only £133. I don't understand how much bureaucracy there is. They have all my bank account number and the three months of activity in my account. If you don't know how to read Spanish, it's difficult. I'm very disappointed.

Polite customer service, but incorrect information relayed to me ...…
Although the customer services representative was polite and helpful, she unfortunately gave the wrong information regarding my refund in premiums which was confusing. I believe, however, that it's partly attributable to poor communication from my current employer Avante Care who don't know their a***e from their elbow, so between them and the People's Pension my experience has been poor, and I would not recommend either company.

Took over 6 weeks to get enrolled
Took over 6 weeks to get enrolled. Their advisors just blamed my payroll company, and the payroll company blamed them - each for weeks.
So not good customer service for your customers - the employee.
Finally 1 good Peoples Pension advisor spotted the issue, after 6 weeks.
Peoples pension and payroll companies need to take more ownership, as they are ones initially sharing details, so need to own and correct mistakes instead of putting employees who can’t correct the mistakes made, in the middle.
