The app didn't allow me to withdraw my tax free lump sum so had to do it through paper work and phone calls Took much longer but staff on calls were very helpful and friendly

I didn't have a good experience
I didn't have a good experience. I sent all the documentation by mail and they're still asking for more for only £133. I don't understand how much bureaucracy there is. They have all my bank account number and the three months of activity in my account. If you don't know how to read Spanish, it's difficult. I'm very disappointed.
