Delivery was later than promised but we were kept updated on delivery. Arrived on time as stated by text received beforehand. Lounger chairs etc.

We visited Theoutlethome and they had a great choice of outdoor furniture.
We purchased two great quality rattan recliners which were delivered the following week.

Ordered monico black edition rattan garden furniture , waited just over 3 weeks with no response or delivery date. Emailed them and was told delivery would be on the 28th of aug tried contacting them prior to this which I had no reply I had to take time off to allow for delivery answered my emails on the proposed delivery date and told me it would be the following week I explained I wasn't happy as I would need more time off and have waited a month already told them I would be leaving a negative review as this was unacceptable to which they replied we are cancelling your order as you are leaving a bad review lol do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs 4 weeks on no garden furniture and have to order else where avoid this place

I love the furniture. Great quality and price.
However, I did have to chase the company for delivery dates etc and although I had to contact them a few times, they always responded promptly and gave me updates.

The furniture is great and the initial service was too
Very disappointing that over 3 weeks after purchase we are still chasing missing items

Please avoid this company.
if you do not live near to there warehouse then expect to wait a month just for your order to arrive, then when your order does arrive its faulty.
Awful customer service, they’ll tell you anything just to fob you off; false information, false delivery dates.
If they can’t meet the first delivery date they give out the excuse that ‘the marbles broken’ just so they can pre long the delivery even more. It’s happened to me with the same excuse over two orders, and after speaking to other people online who ordered they said the same. Absolutely ridiculous.
31 days in total from my delivery date I ordered and waited and then it arrived faulty and awful quality. It’s all cheap stuff.

Update:
We received our furniture today (Thursday) which was the last delivery date given. Arrived within the timeslot. The set is exactly as seen online and we are very pleased with how it looks. Only complaint would be the screws aren’t very good and a couple threaded when we were putting the table together but otherwise it is a stunning piece of garden furniture. We have received a free fire pit grill as well which was appreciated. From our experience communication around delivery could be a lot better as we had to do all of the contact to see where the order was. Also the delivery partner only phoned us to arrange delivery we had no email confirmation at all which is just something I personally prefer. I have updated the rating given furniture is as described and have received it when finally stated.

I am still awaiting delivery of furniture. As of today it is 15 working days since dispatch. I have had to contact for updates (they didn’t contact me to tell me there would be a delay) to be told 4 differing dates on when my furniture would arrive. Early last week, 22nd of August, start of this week and now apparently Thursday the 21st. Not had any contact from the delivery partner as of yet (5pm Tuesday afternoon) so not looking likely. I understand delays can happen but the customer service I find lacking. I shouldn’t have to chase on where a £1,500 order is when it isn’t delivered in the expected timescale. When I contacted today and was now told Thursday the customer service assistant tried to remind me of the 14 day timescale rather rudely. I am well aware of the timescale and it has now been and gone which was my reason for contact. I will update and amend my review on receipt of delivery should it actually arrive on Thursday.

Very, very poor customer service.

I ordered garden furniture from this company on 20th March.

Quoted delivery timescales were 14 days. After many e-mails, it was eventually delivered on 11th April.

Unfortunately, it was delivered damaged.

This was evidenced with photos, but again many e-mails went ignored. Eventually I was promised a replacement.

Now, on 18th August, at almost the end of the summer, I am told that there is finally a replacement available to send out.

Great, I thought!

Sadly, not to be. They now want me to send back the old one, wait until they receive it, and then wait again for them to send out the new one.

I paid for this set on 20th March, I have spent all of the summer either without garden furniture or with damaged garden furniture, and they now want me to spend the final weeks of the summer without it again.

Obviously, I have no faith that they will ever send out the replacement I have been promised and so will now raise a chargeback via my bank.

After being let down/scammed by another supplier, I ordered from The Outlet Home on Monday 11th and the furniture set was delivered on Fri 15th as they promised.
Quality is brilliant, easy to assemble fire pit and seats are really comfortable. Good quality cover included. Customer Service absolutely fantastic.
A pleasure to recommend.

Great service, contacted the friendly team via WhatsApp at lunch time to ask a couple of questions regarding my order.. managed to finance my order online and have it delivered and set up by 3pm the same day. Brilliant service and now I have a beautiful furniture set ready for the sunny bank holiday weekend. We bought the Antigua set and its beautiful, great quality

My antigua finally arrived! I do understand that the freight situation is really bad at the moment due to problems in the world. We waited for weeks after the original date. The wait was totally worth it!! The set is gorgeous. We love it!
