Do not use

Worst company.
Waited over a month for my order non stop changing delivery dates then my patio set to turn up then to get told half my order gets sent with different delivery company and still waiting for that!
You email and ask for a phone call to speak with someone as there is no phone number and it’s always you have to wait till Monday for a call back.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delay with your order. As our manager mentioned during your initial call, we recently transitioned from our previous courier to our new delivery partner, AIT. Unfortunately, your order was placed during the changeover period, which caused some delays.
The good news is that since fully moving over to AIT, we’ve seen noticeably faster delivery times for our customers, and we’ve taken previous feedback onboard to ensure a smoother service moving forward.
Regarding communication, we currently offer support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Email, and all major social media channels. Although we don’t operate a traditional phone line, we do offer scheduled callback requests. As you requested a call on Friday afternoon, we arranged for the earliest available slot, which was Monday morning—the next working day.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Need to change delivery company

Original purchase had not arrived 16 days after date of order. Chased this up and had conflicting messages of being damaged in transit then all stock in the warehouse of that particular set were damaged hence I could not get the original order. I had to contact 3 times to get this response.
I was then offered a dearer replacement which wasn’t quite to my taste however I accepted due to having an event on that I required furniture for on the agreement that this be delivered by the Friday (agreement made on the Monday/Tuesday that this would be put through as a 48hr expedited delivery) however again delivery company/ process to arrange delivery let the company down as this set did not arrive until the Saturday (no updates or tracking information given when this was sent or that it would not arrive). Have emailed about a refund as the delivery was returned to sender (I was not in to accept) and had no response as yet other than being sent this feedback form.

2 stars given due to problem solving of customer service and offer of a replacement but company seriously let down by delivery issues.

Terrible service no delivery…

Terrible service no delivery communication. 20 days so far without my delivery after a 14 day delivery window is given and still no delivery date

Fabulous company, Fabulous quality products.

This company operates on wattsap communication but don't let that put you off. They are very quick to reply and keep you updated regularly regarding your order. My garden furniture (Antigua furniture) is beautiful, high end quality. Delivered free and efficiently.

Better than expected …

Said they would replace my table top as…

Said they would replace my table top as it was all marked but never did also grill to the fire pit was missing again when contacted said they would replace but still waiting !

Excellent service

Fell in love with one set.
Delivered the next day.

Still waiting for my delivery which won't arrive until February. You have compensated me by £239.00 but it was not offered willing I had to ask. Also offered to send me a free parasol

Ordering online and viewing in store- mixed experience

Ordering online and viewing in warehouse was great.
Communication for delivery date was awful, promised dates and phone calls for time slots that never materialised. When I was given time slot for the day delivery was still later than time given.

Item delivered with damaged parts and missing parts so second delivery needed. Communication for 2nd delivery also poor. Second delivery item also turned up damaged.

Product seems a good quality product but company not the best at communication

We ordered and paid up front but it…dissatisfied

We ordered and paid up front but it took two months to arrive we were informed delays in the Middle East.
Before it came it had been reduced by one hundred pound and when I informed the company I never even received a reply
