Lovely bed frame but very poor delivery company and chip in wood
The bed I ordered is lovely but the company you use to deliver it aren't interested and lack communication skills etc.
gabe the impression really didn't want to do the job but very interested in getting me to sign a disclaimer.
I have done a review of their work .
After they left I noted a chip in the wood of one of the legs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you love the bed itself, although I’m sorry that the delivery experience fell short and that you subsequently noticed a chip on one of the legs.
We did reach out to you directly after seeing your review, as we’d really like the opportunity to understand what happened with the delivery and, of course, help with the damage to the leg. We haven’t heard back yet, but our offer to look into this for you is still open.
We’re disappointed to hear that you felt the delivery team’s service was not up to standard, and we will be happy to raise the matter with our delivery partner once we have a few more details from you.
We hope to hear from you so that we can get this resolved.
Kind regards,

Excellent service. Really lovely oak single bed.
Only downside was rubbish spanner supplied to fit bed together, very poor quality and bent so was unusable after a couple of turns.
Would recommend the bed and company though 😊

Hi,
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear you’re pleased with your oak bed frame and the service you received.
I’m sorry to hear about the spanner supplied with the bed. That certainly isn’t the experience we want our customers to have, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been when it bent during assembly. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and I will raise with the team!
Despite that, we’re so pleased you’d still recommend the bed and The Oak Bed Store. Thank you for your support and for taking the time to share your feedback with us! 😊

Excellent experience from pre-sale queries to delivery!
I couldn't be happier with my experience buying from Oak Bed Store. Before ordering, I messaged them via WhatsApp with a few questions. They got back to me quickly and answered everything thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to make my purchase.
Delivery was impressively fast—I was quoted up to two weeks, but it arrived in less than a week (ordered on a Thursday, delivered by Tuesday!). The courier company kept me updated throughout, called five minutes before arriving, and brought the bed into the house with great care.
Assembly was straightforward, and the bed itself is fantastic quality—really sturdy and looks great. I'd definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them!

The quality of the furniture is amazing
The quality of the furniture is fantastic, the bedside tables and the chest of drawers look amazing. Nobody would guess that the bed was supplied to be put together by myself.
The only downside is it's so heavy!!! It's definitely a 2 person job with it being solid oak. But is that really a downside?
I only had one query about putting the bed together and that was dealt with very quickly.
I'm looking forward to the delivery of my second order.

David, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear how impressed you are with the quality of the furniture and that your bedside tables, chest of drawers and bed all look amazing.
And yes, solid oak certainly brings a little extra weight with it! 😂 As you say, perhaps not really a downside when you consider just how sturdy and substantial the furniture is. It’s wonderful to hear that the finished bed looks so good that you’d never guess it was supplied for self-assembly.
I’m also really pleased we could help quickly with your assembly query. Thank you again for choosing The Oak Bed Store, and we hope you absolutely love your second order when it arrives!
