We love the bed, it is exactly as it was described and looks fantastic. It was also relatively easy to assemble, the video particularly helped. Special shout out to their fantastic customer service (Georgie specifically) who went above and beyond to making sure any query we had was addressed, usually within the same day. All my questions were answered by Georgie in the office. She made the whole experience so much easier. The beds look amazing and the mattress on my bed is wonderful to sleep on although I have to literally climb into bed.
