Shocking customer service. They take your money every year when the iPhone launches, promise a date and 4 months later still no case.
To make matters worse, send a message to Nodus Support and they totally ignore you.

Maybe buy your wallet elsewhere

I had bought a wallet from one of there reseller which was a good experience however dealing with Nodus customer service is super rubbish and they just keep ghosting you.

So its semi decent wallets that fall apart followed by non existent customer support.

Stay away from this company, I bought a case more than a month ago, and still haven’t received a confirmation of my case being shipped. Customer services isn’t even a thing on the Nodus website absolutely terrible . I wish I read the reviews before deciding to purchase a case for my iPhone 11.

Terrible customer service with half answers or NO ANSWERS AT ALL. I have never experienced this with any other company before. It all started with a nice picture of the Nodus Shell Case II for my new iPhone 11 Pro. I liked this case straight away so I ordered it. According to the website shipping would take place Mid November. I asked several times when I would recieve my order. Only once I got a response that said that I can cancel the order and that Nodus would do a refund. That was not what I asked for. Since then they never responded again to my questions. Today (3 weeks later) I see on the website that Nodus has quietly changed the shipping date to Mid December, so I cancelled my order after all. I hope I get my money back. If not, I will take legal actions. Don't buy anything from this company, you (and your phone) deserve better. There are plenty of cases you can buy in stock: Mujjo, Decoded, Nomad, Apple .......

La pire expérience de ma vie pour acheter une simple coque d iPhone
Je commande une coque magnétique 🧲.....on m envoie une coque en mauvais cuir et sans l aimant à l intérieur de la coque ....je renvoie la coque en expliquant que je veux une coque avec aimants et le service client fait semblant de ne pas comprendre
De là,ce fut un incroyable envoi de mail sans aucun sens de leur part et en demandant le remboursement
Il me demande de retourner la coque reçu et A MES FRAIS BIEN ÉVIDEMMENT
CETTE ENTREPRISE EST À FUIR ET SURTOUT N ACHETER RIEN CAR APRÈS VOUS ÊTES PRIS AU PIÈGE

worst customer service ever! Got a faulty product, ill fitting in the bottom corners. But costumer service told me I need to break the phone cover in.. aha okay so until its broken in my corners are not protected.. I don't buy a 60 euro cover that doesn't fit, so wanted to return it. But the costumer service first gave me a totally different answer than I've asked and then just keep giving me pre written answers and didn't helped me at all. Now I have to pay 16,- shipping to The UK and hope they give me my money back..

They kept my money for two months and never delivered and each time I wrote an email to them it was always one problem or the other. They always blamed something rather then themselves after number of emails they agreed to refund my money after two months. Cheap company has no value for time.

Excellent products, beautifully made from quality materials. Have ordered four/five of their products (different phones/iPads) and they last very well - in fact they take on a lovely natural patina as they age.
I've never had any problems with the phone coming lose - even when I've dropped it. Their access case protects the phone really well.
Fast delivery and very good value for money - highly recommended!
