Same thing happened to me. I found out the company was fraudulent. I turned PayPal and TheMinStore over to my State Attorney General, showed them both the delivery date was two days before I even placed the order and I received my money back from PayPal after I pointed out they did not even check the false delivery date. Turns out TheMinstore is some fraud in NJ pretending to be a store in California working from his personal computer station at his day job. They now know where the scammer is located. Report them to your credit card company also to be prosecuted for cyber crime.

I just have the same problem, they use a fake shipping tracking that the delivery date is 3 days before my purchase order, and the weight of the merchandise is only 0.5LB while my purchase lawn mower has at least 30 lb. I am working with PayPal to get my money back, since PayPal did not check the shipping tracking to see it is obvious fraudulent. UPS advised to notify IC3.gov for internet fraud. 4/2/2020

Like others here, I read the similar experiences too late. I placed an order for a toaster oven on Theminstore and paid via PayPal. The UPS tracking number provided showed that the package was delivered literally 12 minutes after PayPal processed my payment, with a signature (not my name), and that the package was "left inside" (UPS can't get inside my house) and that it weighed 1 lb when the manufacturer says the toaster oven weighed 7.5 lbs. The phone number for Theminstore is invalid, and no one replied to both the email on the web page or the email on the PayPal transaction. I contacted UPS who confirmed that the package was delivered to a different name and address than mine. I opened a case with PayPal for refund, but their automated system rejected my claim with the reason: "Valid tracking info provided by the seller." I'm in the middle of challenging this outcome with PayPal (no refund yet), and I have submitted a consumer complaint about Theminstore to the FTC. Again, I just wish I had read the similar reviews by others here so that I could have avoided all this. Please learn from our mistakes and avoid this fraudulent online "business."
Update: I provided these details to a PayPal Disputes agent and they did provide a full refund (kudos to PayPal). Interestingly, I see that Theminstore.com web site can no longer be reached...

LIke many others that have reviews here, mine is sadly the same. You think your purchasing a product on "theminstore website" pay for it thru PayPal, only to receive a UPS tracking number immediately after payment is made that indicates as in my case that a package was delivered to your zip code a full 4 days before you made the purchase! And then to add insult to injury you have your claim refused by PayPal because they see a UPS delivery was made, just not you, or what you thought you paid for. Please don't get burned by "Theminstore", they are a total scam operation that will probably just set up another fake online retail website under a different name no doubt. Isn't technology great!

the website is a scam, its fake. they do the following:
1- offer products with 10% less than market price.
2- once you purchase, they send a tracking number through PayPal.
3- once you ask for a claim, PayPal refuse because it appears you collected the products.

how to resolve?:
1- print screen of the delivery updates, it is usually before your purchase.
2- submit claim to Paypal and explain where is the trick.
3- call PayPal and explain what happened. and ask for a full refund.

Yep they got me too, trying to work with Paypal and my bank.

I was SCAMMED!!! They sent a UPS tracking code that was shipped days before my order. PayPal is not refunding my money with their money back guarantee.

Wow. I can't believe I got taken! I should have called my bank immediately after I realized there was no delivery date and no confirmation email from the company. Just a generic (fake) paypal confirmation. They also go by billworldmart.com BEWARE! I called Paypal and they said there was no payment made through them on my card. I've had that card cancelled. I'm sure they will try and charge something on it or sell my information to someone else.

ALWAYS:
1. GOOGLE the company before doing any business with them! If I had done this like I normally do, I would not be in this predicament.
2. Call their contact number. It will most likely be a non-working number. If you do get a live person have them confirm your order without giving them your personal information. They should have you in their system but guess what? they have no system so they can't look you up!
3. Immediately cancel your order through your own bank if you suspect fraud after hitting the order button.

I'm reporting this to every avenue I have. Hopefully they will be shut down. At least for now. My bank is working on it. I'll get my money back.

I am in the same boat as everyone else with the fake tracking number that says the item was delivered before the transaction was even completed. I tried to leave a zero star review on the site twice, but it never get posted. Hopefully PayPal can do what they are suppost to do to get our money back.

UPDATE: PayPal denied my claim since they did send a 'valid' UPS tracking number. I contacted UPS, who were able to confirm that package was delivered to another address under a different name, so PayPal is reviewing it again.

2nd Update: PayPal agrees and is sending a refund. I am glad to get my money back and have learned a valuable lesson to be wary of new sites selling unbelievable deals.

They got me too and I'm an IT professional.
I got suspicious when the pos sent me a txt to my phone with the tracking info and my company firewall blocked the site.
I called my bank and they are holding the money, I told them not pay it's a scam, they can't do anything because the money is on hold,so now I have to fight with my bank to get my money back.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OFF OF THIS SITE! It's 100% a scam. Also please don't get discouraged and don't give up on trying to get your money back if you bought it with paypal. I had to open up two claims until I finally won the case. I let them know that everything in the tracking number info they sent me was incorrect. I ordered my product at around 12:30am on March 6th. The tracking info said that the billing/shipping day was March 2nd and that my product was delivered 11:30am on March 6th, 11 hrs later. Also the weight of my product is 15.5lbs and on the UPS info it said the item they "delivered" to me was 2.0lbs. I also wrote about them on the Better Business Bureau and I hope these reviews help people so that they don't make the same mistake as us.

I ordered an air fryer. I received an e-mail from PayPal with tracking number. The tracking number showed that the package was delivered the same day it was shipped. No way to contact company to discuss my purchase. So I’m out $112. Next time I’ll order from a reputable company, even if it cost a little more. I did not deserve this.

Im in the same boat as many. I ordered an item only to get tracking info that showed the package was delivered a day before I ordered. PayPal investigated and denied any further action or resolve. My bad I guess. But I warn others that this site is a scam.

This website is fraudulent. I ordered a coffee grinder Feb 27th and they sent me a tracking number for a package delivered on the 26th. I opened a case with PayPal and they are currently investigating the case. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT WEBSITE.

Scam bought a carpet shampooer and sent me a tracking number from ups that was ordered on the 23rd of Feb and delivered on the 26th of Feb. I didn't order the item untill 10am on Feb 27th. I reported to PayPal. I looked up and found this style of operation from other customers with the same M.O. as mine. I am currently having PayPal launch an investigation into there business.
