I don’t normally do reviews but it’s hard to find a great clothes brand which does Klarna, I emailed them with a query and response time was within an hour which I thought was fantastic, I will definitely be ordering again.

My review, I purchased a pair of Balenciaga trainers at £745.75 in good faith that such an expensive pair of trainers would last a good while, and at least prove to be fit for purpose. Within 3 weeks to my horror the trainers proved to be faulty. Upon the return of the trainers, I was informed that after over a week of waiting that the trainers were not faulty, and I will not get a refund which is disputable if not dubious.

I highly rate your services and I always recommend friends and colleague to check out your page. The only thing is I have been shopping from you for almost 2 years and you have never given me as a loyal customer seasonal or festive discount even as an NHS worker. A lot of other sites consider it

I like this site, I've had a few things from him so far, this is my third pair of off white trainers from here, these ones are for Christmas for my daughter, she asked for converse but I prefer the off whites.

Delivery was only a few days.

The Customer Service from TLS is second to none. I ordered a jumper that unfortunately tore when I first put it on (SI Fine knit) which I sent back and was refunded without any hesitation (SI admitted fault) and the communications from Dan have been instant and very friendly and professional. I will have no hesitation when using TLS again. They sell a wide range of designer gear as well.
