All round great product experience
Really polite, helpful and honest staff to deal with sales. Very good communication through whole order process. Delivery team were great. Everything did what it said on the tin. New sofas are lovely, very comfortable and quality product.

Perfect sofas, perfect service!
How did we not know about this store!! We had just exited from Snug directly actoss having felt quite unwelcome, and then we noticed the Lounge Co store and decided to go in. We bought 2 couches after less than an hour, thanks to the lovely women working there. Evrim was so friendly and knowledgeable that we were able to confidently narrow down our selection (although we must admit the selection was confusing because a lot of the sofas were super comfy!!) So thanks Evrim, and also thanks to Paulina who was also advising and answering our questions during our visit. Beautiful products, great value and quality, and top notch service. The furniture stores in the area should send their staff there to learn a thing or two.

Purchased the lovely Imogen sofa in Islington. The sofas are very comfortable, deep and elegant. Thank you to Paulina in Islington with her team the service was amazing... sofas arrived earlier than expected. Absolute 10/10 service from store to delivery.

Very poor quality sofas i bought 2…
Very poor quality sofas i bought 2 sofas one sofa the arm has broken off and on other it is moving the cushions have got flat, i had a inspection and the report said these sofas have a manufacturer fault, this company will not give me my money back. Having sofa for 4 months is not long time. The material used are of very low quality. Are sofas supposed to last a few months. Please don’t put sometime in your reply as if I have had them for years.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate how disappointing it is when something develops a fault.
We have had a technician visit to check the reported fault with the cushion interiors and this was reported as no fault. The technician also checked a fault that had not been reported to us prior to the visit and reported to us that this was a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, as you have had your furniture for sometime, you are not eligible to return the furniture, however we immediately offered to replace the piece that had developed the fault.
Please be assured that our furniture is of a high quality and is backed by a 25 year frame guarantee. We are part of the Sofa Brands International Group and our furniture is made in our factories in the UK alongside our sister brands G Plan, Parker Knoll, Duresta and Collins and Hayes who have over 100 years experience of furniture manufacture in the UK.
We will continue to work with you to ensure the issue is resolved.

Ordered online, very easy website and fantastic colours to choose from. Also ordered samples which came very quickly. Stool I ordered was an 8 week delivery but came after 6 weeks and a fantastic product. Great quality and a good price too.

A reasonable price for good quality sofas, on line ordering was a simple process, delivery was quoted as 8 weeks but they came in 5 weeks! Good communication. The delivery partner kept us updated and arrived on time, good service all round! Very happy customers.

Really great experience. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Ex-display sofa was excellent value. Pick up from store couldn’t have been easier. Real shame that the Chiswick showroom is now closed but I’m sure the same customer experience can be had in Islington.
