I had a really supportive customer service with this company, it’s hard to trust online shopping sometimes but they are very helpful and responsive. Also very lovely lamps!

Very easy to deal with and the product is wonderful! Great quality. There was a slight delay in delivery but Lamplife replied to my chase quickly and even offered to send out a new lamp if it didn't arrive in 48 hours but it did within the week, so really pleased. Happy to leave a review and support this lovely business and wish them well for the future.

Purchased a salt lamp and I was really pleased with the speed of service and the quality of the product.

The lamp has a dimmer which is a nice touch and the lamp is of a very good standard.

I love my salt lamp night lights. They cast a lovely, soft light which helps create a relaxing atmosphere. The company are friendly and helpful to deal with and I recommend them.

Beautiful product and fantastic value for money. I purchased the 10 to 12kg lamp as a gift and will order again in the future. Delivery took 3 weeks but that was due to the fiasco of the world currently and not down to the seller. Box was slightly battered but again not the sellers fault and it all arrived in tact so not really an issue.

Great lamp love the colour grey and I bought the candle holders to match they are a beauriful gift for my friends birthday so happy wirh them. Elgan thankyou for all your help wirh my order much appreciated.

What a fantastic lamp. I am absolutely thrilled with the salt lamp which arrived on time. It is really beautiful and the warm coloured glow makes me feel posititive as it creates a lovely warm atmosphere in my living room. I love it 💖

Apart from taking longer for delivery due to their couriers letting them down, the lamp eventually arrived and is beautiful. Great communication. Definitely be using them again.

My lamp hasn't arrived at the first time but I've got my refund very quickly and the company also send me another lamp. :)
