I purchased 2 lamps from The Lamp Life, they are absolutely gorgeous, I get lots of compliments when guests come to my house which is always very nice.
I found Elgan at the company to be extremely professional and helpful when I called up to get further information on their lamps.
Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a real Salt Lamp as there are so many fakes on the market right now.

I purchased 2 large salt lamps and I was very happy with the quality of them, they are gifts for my two daughters this Christmas, I know they are going to love them. The lamps were well packaged and they were delivered in good time, any queries I had were responded to on the same day. I love these lamps and I think I might even buy one for myself! I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately the first lamp I ordered failed to arrive. When I contacted The Lamp Life they looked in to it straight away and discovered that there had been a problem with the delivery and it had been damaged. A second one was sent out but arrived badly damaged. The Lamp Life sent a third one out which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Elgan at The Lamp Life was extremely helpful and prompt in his responses to my emails and took away a lot of the stress from an experience that could have been extremely stressful. I had ordered the heart shape lamp for my 12 year old grand daughter for Christmas. It was very pretty and I thought good value for the price. My grand daughter was delighted with it.

I ordered a lamp as a gift for a christmas present. All arrived well, after the first day the light bulb stopped working. I got in touch with them and they promptly sorted it out for me. The 2nd lamp arrived with a faulty fuse in the plug. I managed to get this sorted and now enjoy the lamp regularly. Due to the inconvenience Elgan kept in touch with me and sent me another lamp which works well and I now enjoy 2 well working lamps that give off great light and energy. Throughout all of this customer service and communication was excellent. Things happen in business and life and at times its more about how we finish than how we start.

Great product and fantastic customer service. Purchased a lamp as a gift for my wife. Was kept up to date with regards to delivery which was super fast. Had a minor issue which was swiftly solved. Thoroughly recommend. Value for money and excellent service from start to finish.

My lamp arrived and was the wrong size, which of course was slightly inconvenient. But when I emailed to let them know a new one was sent out for me immediately. I really appreciated the customer service given, many big businesses will make a mistake and expect you to send the product back so they can inspect it before correcting their error, but the lamp life dealt with the issues quickly and without inconveniencing me.
The lamps are great quality and look lovely.

When the lamp arrived the packaging was damaged but
when I opened it the lamp was fine.
Switching on the lamp there is a calming colour effect
which is really lovely.
I would recommend these salt lamps and would certainly recommend The Lamp Life company.
Of course the lamps are also very good for your health!
If the packaging was not damaged I would have given 5 stars.

Great people to deal with. Had a slight issue with my item which was sorted out very quickly and with minimum fuss, that's some excellent customer service!

Ordered a salt lamp for christmas and it arrived quickly. There were some problems with it (probably due to the courier) such as the bulbs being smashed. I contacted the customer service email and they quickly reached out and sent out replacements. Great customer service and the salt lamp is lovely. Would buy from this company again!
