A good selection of weaving materials which arrived well packed.
Confusion over the p&p costs as the delivery info gave one price but on finalising the order it was a lot more expensive which was disappointing.

Large variety of products, great quality and fantastic costumer service! I ordered several spools of 12mm cotton strings for my mum who has recently discovered her passion for Macrame. I have contacted Hannah via Facebook messenger just to ask that no invoices were attached in this order as it was a gift. She was very kind and helpful, and has even offered to handwrite a note for my mum and attach it to the order. I have to add that my mum doesn't speak English very well, and Hannah went out of her way to copy and handwrite the note in Polish just so my mum would understand. I honestly can't thank you enough! My mum was over the moon when she received her package 😊
