Bought Maple Wood sheets
Bought Maple Wood sheets. Sheets were delivered warped and unusable. I put one in my laser engraver, and it jammed up my machine. Contacted the company and their response was the following: " We aim for a high-quality product every time, but as a raw goods supplier, sometimes there are different expectations as to what quality means to different people." Other craftsmen and I expect products to be of the highest quality. We don't do business with companies that do not stand behind their products. Worst product and customer service. Ripped off $72,00 dollars!
