I follow AI developments closely for professional reasons, and I can say without hesitation that the quality of her briefings, webinars and analysis is second to none. Every session leaves you with practical ideas you can actually apply straight away. Highly recommend attending one of her webinars.

Heather provides a broad overview for those who don't have the time to dedicate to everything AI and want a quick digest of things to consider. Worth coming to the weekly/monthly meetings and subscribing to the Substack. Great focus on the smaller enterprises out there and ways to think about it.

I've now attended two of Heather's talks. Yesterday's webinar on which LLM is the best was typically excellent. Heather really knows her stuff and tells it like it is. There's no favouritism shown towards any particular model and she still maintains a healthy level of mistrust for the results that AI throws up.

It has been so hard for me to keep up with all the continuous releases of new ChatGPT features and Heather walked through each one of them so clearly.
Her clarity in speaking and engaging way of explaining helped grasp every single one so well and encouraged me to put them into actual use!

Also, I love the principles she shared about AI usage and how we can protect ourselves and children!
