Having been badly let down by buyer and having lost our up front payment for removals cancelled we were eager to find someone sympathetic to our buyers whims. Ali was straight away eager to please and rang me often to check on exchange of contracts. The team worked amazingly for 2 days and soon had us moved and unpacking. Thankyou

Brilliant service from start to finish! From the initial viewing, Ali has been very reassuring and professional. In times of change and extra stress, these guys provide peace of mind. The move went great and not a single thing got damaged. Very clean and efficient. The company was very good in arranging the date and keeping us updated in case of any potential changes. When there's so much uncertainty about when things are going to happen, their communication was very much appreciated and helpful. Already recommended to family!

On the day Andrejs and Ownis again were very helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble and they very carefully wrapped all mattresses, bed bases and sofas for protection. First of these guys are super professional from the offset. Great communication from start to finish, polite and accommodating. They came perfectly prepared, everything I needed to protect hanging clothes, tvs and all my electrical items. The van was packed perfectly with no damages to any of my belongings. The pricing was spot on too, still blown away by the service and will always use these guys for any moves in future, thanks again 5 star service

The men were on time, courteous, and friendly.
Great care was taken with my furniture and boxed possessions, they had purpose made padded bags to protect my mattress and tv, and put floor and stair coverings down to protect the my carpets.
If I ever have to move again I'll definitely be using them.

The team moved us from Nottingham to Leeds yesterday, and they were AMAZING. If we could rate higher, I would. Despite a lengthy wait for the keys at our purchase end, they never chased for updates nor made us feel an inconvenience, and after arriving promptly in the morning, were packed and ready to go in no time at all. Could not recommend the team enough; if you are considering hiring movers - please hire these guys, for what could be such a stressful experience, they made moving day a dream!

These movers are absolutely the best. We have a couple of kids aged 4 and 2, and so lots of clutter and toys, and very little time, so we opted for the packing service as well as removal. They came round the day before and packed everything up into boxes, just leaving the essentials for the next day. The way they handled it and how well they packaged everything just took all of the stress out of the move. They were careful and thoughtful, and they even helped us handling moving a fish tank and making sure we could get it off the van first. From start to end, working with them was a genuine delight. Even before moving, they were available on WhatsApp to help with any questions beforehand. I’d fully recommend this company for anyone moving house.

My experience with ‘The house removal company’ has been seamless and hassle free. There was prompt communication with excellent response times and I was quoted a reasonable and affordable price. Steven, Blake and Obeida made an incredible team and performed the move in record time. They were meticulous, enthusiastic and their attention to detail was apparent. Am very grateful for all their help in what would have otherwise been a very stressful move!

The two men helping in my move were friendly, patient and allowed me to direct them in where things needed to go. I did not feel any sense of pressure. There was a slight confusion in the time of the move, but all was sorted smoothly.
