This was my second order from The Houseful, which pretty much speaks for itself. The Capri tableware set I bought is absolutely beautiful, but also quite robust and very usable as everyday crockery.
As before, I was kept well informed of the progress of my order, the communication was friendly, and the delivery was rapid. Everything arrived very well packed and intact. Couldn't be happier. When personal finances permit, I'll be back.

Disappointing
The plates are beautiful,but the quality isn’t that great which is unfortunate!lots of dents underneath the plates to which the company said “normal” due to the item being handcrafted,but still there should be a better quality for this price,some plates were chipped!
I’ve requested a return label but they don’t provide and assured me there is nothing wrong with the plates,bad customer services,I would not recommend!

Very poor quality
Surprised to see so many good reviews. The quality is really bad. It's just a print covered with some sort of coating full of bubbles. And you pay to send it back. Don't waste your time and money.

Nice item, good customer service
I ordered a Sicilian style bowl for a colleague's birthday present from The Houseful on behalf of my team, and despite a few bumps in the road we ended up with a very pleased colleague. The initial order unfortunately wasn't packed sufficiently well, and so arrived (and was opened on her birthday) in a sorry very broken state. However, when I flagged this to The Houseful on the day (a Sunday too!) within a few hours they'd got back to me, and then later that day had sent out a replacement one. This arrived in one piece, much better packed, a few days later. I was pleased with the speed of communication and resolution of the issue, but it was a shame that the first bowl wasn't ideally packed for transit.
