Sending good, dishes not

The information about the sending and where the things are at the moment, where very good.
Unfortunately, the yellow dishes are not really yellow, but more to brown/beige.
I expected lemon-yellow dishes, as they are from Amalfi.
So, overall 3 stars.

I payed for shipping and it was terrible service

I don’t think it was the companies fault but the service was terrible, it arrived soaking wet, Completely though both packages
(FedEx)
There’s no excuse for that! Especially when we paid shipping.

I bought two Capri plates and neither one of them stated that they are part of the Maxwell & Williams range. I thought they were indepently made. Very disappointing and I would have never purchased if I knew.

Poor quality

The pasta bowls look larger in any photos as you would expect therefore expensive.
One of the bowls was damaged . Poor Quality control prior to packaging.
However refund for one bowl actioned.
Any such item I will purchase in store .
