Drop shipping site - beware.
Only one of two items ordered has arrived so far - a retractable lead costing €15.99. It's extremely small, too small for an adult hand to hold comfortably. It also arrived directly from China,not from UK as expected. Cost of identical item on Temu is €3.14.
Update - second item arrived after 27 days, also direct from China. I had also paid €15.99 for this item. Nice item this time, good quality. However I found same on Temu for €3.50

Ordered Nov 24th for a Christmas present, no information given and then told on 16th December that they have cancelled the order and instead of refunding to my card, they want to use PayPal. Something dodgy, I don’t think they actually ever had the product I ordered and still waiting for my refund

Orderd 2 personalised collars and was pleasantly surprised the arrived before christmas as I did order late. Great value for money, will be shopping again.

The condition of the collar arrived with the material crumbling, the retailer did refund however suggested it was wear and tear from dog wear. This collar arrived looking worn and old and hadn’t even been worn. I emailed to ask the owner about the quality of the material used and sent photos the day I received it. I would not recommend purchasing a collar from them again. (Pictures available as proof)

When our dog bed arrived it was not the size advertised. The Happy Paw Store gave us excellent service and corrected the mistake straight away, sending us a new dog bed. Our dog loves the bed so thank you for your good service.

There had been a problem with the raincoat with harness for my dog (my fault) and they were extremely understanding and were very helpful in rectifying the purchase.

Fantastic service, ordered the wrong size coat and was able to return for the right one easily. Very helpful customer service, got a really quick response to my email with choosing the correct size.

Have purchased a few items now and always great quality. Had to return one and swap for a bigger size which was quick and easy. Happy to recommend and will shop again in future.

Absolutely love this lead. We had something similar which we purchased years ago but it broke recently. This is the closest one we could find that was similar. I actually prefer it over my old one. Already ordered another as we wanted a spare. It's perfect for close control on busier walks or for letting our dog have a bit more range when she's loose lead walking or having a sniff. V.well made, robust and comfy to use, arrived in just over a week.

We ordered two fabric long lines for our dog from The Happy Paw Store.

Originally, we were given expected delivery dates of 2nd Dec - 9th December. However, the goods did not arrive until the 14th December. I had not realised that these lines were actually being posted from China, which might be a failure to read small print carefully on my part.

Today, just six days after being delivered, the first lead we had been using, snapped. Luckily, this happened when we were preparing to go out, so the dog was still securely in the garden. Had the lead broken on our walk, the outcome might have been more serious.

After using the second lead we purchased this afternoon, it is already showing signs of wear and we will not be using it again.

We feel that the long lines are not fit for purpose and would certainly not recommend them to others.
