Just to clarify, our Christmas box was sent a little early this year to make sure it arrived in good time before the festive rush. But if your December box was missing an item - as it sounds - it definitely shouldn’t have been. We’d have loved the chance to fix that for you and make your pup’s tail wag.

We’re still the same small team of passionate pet lovers, and we’re always working to bring joy with every box. Feedback like yours is so valuable and helps us do better, so thank you again for sharing it. Hi Lynsey,

We're so sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused, we completely understand how upsetting this must have been.

It appears there was a warehouse mix-up, and you were sent a different version of the advent calendar we also sell. This was entirely our mistake, and we truly apologise. As soon as we were made aware, we issued a full refund right away.

We’re very sorry we let you down. While we understand your decision, we genuinely hope we’ll have the chance to do better in the future.

In fact, on November 30, we sent out notifications to all our members regarding this adjustment. We're sorry if this communication didn't reach you effectively.

I want to clarify that our intention is not to force anyone to stay subscribed but rather to receive feedback and also to offer and discuss alternative plans that might better suit our members' preferences. Please know that cancelling is as easy as subscribing.

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue in our system, the return labels we sent you did not work. We, unfortunately, found out about this recently and were trying to solve the problem so that we could provide you with a working one.

However, the things I mentioned above are in no way an excuse and for that, we are ashamed and beyond sorry for what happened.

We refunded you for your order. You do not need to return the item and deal with the hastle all over again.

Please know that cancelling your subscription is as easy as signing up. You can always cancel your subscription by contacting us. We strive to reply within 24 hours.

Unless you reach out to us to cancel via logging in to your WufWuf account or e-mailing to support@wufwuf.co.uk, your subscription remains active.

Our system can only charge the bank account that was entered when signing up. It wouldn’t be possible for us to charge other bank accounts you or your family have. So it might be that your wife also has a separate active account.

We tried to find your subscription with the information that is available here but we were not able to. Please reach out to us via our email address support@wufwuf.co.uk with your account information and we will immediately terminate your subscriptions and delete all your data. It is never our intention to force you to stay subscribed and to make it difficult for you to cancel your subscription.

We take these matters seriously. Although our boxes are to make our beloved pets happy, your satisfaction and happiness are our top priority as well.

We will be waiting to hear from you.
