THRC did a tricky replacement of a broken zip on my Mulberry handbag. Their quote was less than another company in London and they had a better rating on Trustpilot. First class job - Clare transferred the original Mulberry zip-pull on to the new zip so it looks like new. Repair completed early and prompt delivery. Highly recommend this company.

I've used the services of The Handbag Restoration Company on two occasions over the past two years. On the first occasion, I had my Fendi and Mulberry bags professionally cleaned and restored due to signs of wear.

I've recently got in contact with Clare for a second repair after my ostrich leather bag was severely water-damaged during a flood. I was so relieved Clare said they could fix the damage, and as per the first time, I was so happy when they returned my bag back to me fully repaired and as good as new.
