Fast postage, great product, highly recommend

I don't often write reviews but I love this rug so much!
I have it in my bedroom with my bed over the centre...I feel slightly conflicted covering part of it..its tempting to throw out the bed so the whole rug can be seen!!!!
It makes me feel happy every time I walk in my room. A comfortable cushioned height, easy to vacuum and clean.. and very well suited to a couple of wandering cats and a dog in the house.
Price, quality and colouring was a pleasant surprise and online photos showed a true picture (compared to another rug I purchased elsewhere, its cost, quality and colour was nothing like its online photos)
Delivery was quick for my location..Sydney to Central West and
my delivery guy was really lovely too. He had time for a small chat and a laugh.
When my renos are ready for more rugs I'll be looking back here first!!
Thankyou!!!🥰😊🤗

Beautiful rug, delivery time was amazing.
The one small flaw is that the rug did have many bumps and creases from being rolled for delivery.
This is the first experience with this and required a few actions on my behalf to speed up the flattening process.

Ian showed up on time for the estimate and the job. Explained the issues with the stair flooring and how he would fix them. Was flexible with time. Did a really good job. Worked efficiently and kept disruption to a minimum. Cleaned up and left things how he found them. Yes. Really!! Was courteous in every interaction and left a great impression with his work and attitude. Highly recommended.

I fell inlove with the rug as soon as I saw it. But it wasn't available in the size I needed where I first saw it. I searched for a couple of days and as soon as the flooring guys site popped up. They had what I needed and it was a great price aswell. Once I brought the rug they contacted me with shipping details very fast. And I received it within the week and it was from Sydney and im near brisbane. So happy it is in awesome condition shipping was great. No damage at all. I still haven't opened my beautiful rug as I'm building my home and will be putting the rug under my bed, so I always have soft padding when I get out of bed. Thanks flooring guys

Website easy to navigate. Rug delivery in a timely manner. Rug exactly the right size and colour. Whole process easy

Second purchase from The Flooring Guys. Price is right, product as advertised, and delivery prompt. Well wrapped too. What’s not to like?

Easy to order and the rug is beautiful
Looks good and so soft under your feet .

Rug is great, service from Guys was great, just the delivery had to chase up a few times. The transporter does not have good reviews which made me worry but it just turned up at my door in the end.

Easy to navigate website, great customer service and quality product.
I was kept up to date with details of my delivery. The rug was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition.
I also saved $300 even after paying delivery compared to Freedom for exactly the same item. It was my first experience with The Flooring Guys and I always check Trustpilot for reviews they didn't disappoint. Very happy with my purchase and service received.

Easy to navigate website, found the rug we like out of numerous others & ordered it. Regular email received on the progress of our order, right through to delivery. Thanks to the Team for your amazing customer service.

Great product, great price and great service.
Answered all my questions and offered advice as well.
Have no hesitation recommending them.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Nadia from the Slacks Creek store. From the moment I reached out, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend The Flooring Guys for their outstanding customer service and price!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My order arrived when it said it would, my order is absolutely perfect and everything I had hoped for. I had never ordered from the Flooring guys before, but safe to say I wasn’t disappointed. Definitely my new go to for rugs! Thank you, can’t wait order more stuff :)

Prompt & efficient service, and first class tracking on the delivery.

All rugs are stored and shipped from interstate with $59 fee applied at the final stages of checkout.
This is dispute advertising shop locations in each state
Took 2 weeks to get my $150 rig, and paid $59 for the privilege. Certainly not happy.

Nadia at the Slacks Creek store was very helpful when we were purchasing flooring for our kitchen. She knew the products and could advise accordingly, was genuinely interested in our needs, and provided outstanding service. Delivery time frame was as promised.
