Not recommended
Really poor service. Order placed 9th December and as of the 24th, no items received. Queried last week where my order was on the 17th, was then told one of my items hadn't come into their warehouse, but would be arriving on the 18th and the order would then be despatched. As of the 23rd, told it would be despatched and today there is no tracking on the original AWB offered for delivery, indicating that the shipment has not been sent. Appreciate Christmas but ordering on the 9th you'd expect to see your order with their delivery provider. Seems the "delay" was within the company which is frustrating, especially as not only did I have to replace people's gifts with other items, and something ordered on the 9th not arriving before Christmas. Disappointing. Will see how easy it is to get a refund

Order placed on 01/12/2025 – chased twice with no response. DHL tracking indicates they have not received the goods. It’s been difficult to get any answers from the supplier. This may be a fraudulent site, so please exercise caution.
Fantastic value for money
Fantastic value for money. Delivery did not take as long as I expected reading other reviews. Delivered within a week and a half roughly from ordering. Great range of spirits available. Thank you. Will be ordering again from you in the future. Would recommend.

A great range of products and competitive pricing but let down by their lack of communication.
This is the second time I’ve been waiting more than 10 days and have had absolutely no communication. Last time I received really curt responses to emails.
Probably worth paying a bit more with Amazon, at least I’ll know what’s happening.
Went over and above
It's rare in this day and age for a company to go over and above to fix an issue, but TheDropStore really did. Ordered some fancy gin for a friend's birthday, a big bottle and a little taster bottle. When I arrived the little bottle was missing. So I contacted TheDropStore and was told it was OOS. I was a bit peeved at the time, as I hadn't been told or refunded the price. But TheDropStore replied and apologised and refunded me for the little bottle. Took a few days, but it happened. I was also told there was a gesture of goodwill en route. And for a few weeks there was no sign of this until last week I had an email from a courrier telling me there was a parcel for me that they couldn't deliver. Of course I thought that this was a scam. But eventually discovered that it was the goodwill gesture from TheDropStore and it was stuck at the courrier depot due to an incomplete address! Long story short, today it arrived and it was over and above what I expected. So thank you The Drop Store. You have redeemed yourselves.

Excellent value
Placed an order for a few discounted products and a bundle. A couple of the items weren't sent, but customer services forwarded them on quite quickly.
Poor customer service
I have shopped here for many years and was always happy, delivery was always a bit slow but not the end of the world, things have changed. I ordered three bottles of dead mans fingers, after 5 days I emailed as the items hadn't been shipped, I eventually got an email back saying they were waiting for the items from their supplier, how can you sell items you don't even have? No apology, just a cold reply. Eventually received my box of goods after 9 days, opened the box to find 1 bottle short, emailed again to be told they don't have that bottle in stock and will refund it. Again no apology, if I hadn't emailed they wouldn't have told me and kept the money, why couldn't they have told me when I emailed chasing the goods? I won't buy from here again and I think they might be going bump so spend your money here at your risk cuz if they go bump while they have it, you'll lose it.
Still awaiting delivery 3 weeks later!
Still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 21st October! Chased twice with one slow and short response saying I'd have the order last week - nothing received. May be time to claim via the credit card company! Used to be good, now something has changed and they don't seem to care
