Tried cancelling an order and sent loads of emails, they just totally ignore all of your emails and don’t reply.
This has been on going for weeks.

I ordered from here Monday and had them for Friday! I contacted the customer service team on Tuesday to make them aware u was having a party for my 30th on thw following Saturday and asked if there is any way they can speed up my orders as id like them
For the party. They made me aware is can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched due to how busy they were (no surprise here because their deals are amazing!!) I asked if this can be sped up and offered to pay extra for next day delivery, the customer service team took it into their own hands to ensure my items were delivered on time, I had them to me by Friday tracked and signed for delivery all in inoculate condition and they did not charge me any extra for this, brilliant service and will definitely be going back. Don’t worry drop store, I will order in advance this time so there is no rush lol

I am a very loyal customer and noticed i didnt get the free miniature vodka as promised.
Also my last order 2 miniatures were broken

Dreadful customer service, in that they do not respond. My order was accepted, a DHL reference number was given to me. Nothing arrived so I checked the DHL website to find that they had not recieved the goods. No responce or messages from Dropstore customer service so raised an issue with my credit card and then recieved a refund with no explanation. Dreadful I won't be ordering again

Terrible company. Ordered 5 bottles for our wedding favours. Website states delivery 3-5 working days. It’s now been 7 working days and it hasn’t even been despatched. We need them for in 3 days time. No response to emails, Facebook messages or their online enquiry form. I’m going to have to raise a dispute with my bank for goods not received to try and get our money back. Not the added wedding stress I needed for such a simple task!

Terrible customer service, placed an order which was needed by a certain date (judging by their delivery dates should have been more than enough time) only to have no communication and no way of tracking. Numerous emails to follow up and ignored for the most part, one email stating it would be with me by a certain time which did not happen and silence ever since. Have requested a refund so will wait and see if I hear back!
