Excellent service and good rates. Beware that "small denominations" aren't always sent. A recent order for USD in small denominations can in $100 notes! The other 3 currencies I ordered came in small denominations though

Great rates, great service
Exchange rates amongst the best in the market with lots of different currencies available. Next day delivery, free for orders over £750, is the icing on the cake.

Large denominations you have been warned
The conversion rate was the best, and delivery as agreed and early in the day.
However, it was all large bills, i.e. effectively £200 notes, places will not take these! And no where will split as it is so large and no banks will help either. So you basically have all this cash you can’t spend!
Maybe there was a button I missed to select smaller denominations, but if I missed it, so did my partner who did a separate order. I think for orders of cash, especially to common holiday destinations currency for relatively small orders sub £5k smaller denominations should be the default!
Wont be using this service again as it has cost me far more on card fees then I saved on the conversion rate!
