Photograph everything!
I sent off 700USD as per their instructions for my order, which I had counted three times before packaging, but they only paid me for 600USD (despite the order being for 700) and told me after an "internal investigation" that I'd only sent them 600 (which I 100% know I didn't). No explanation of exactly what their 'investigation' involved, no evidence, no apology, nothing. Definitely won't be using their services again and would advise anyone sending currency to them to photograph everything.

Dear Elaine,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We sincerely understand your disappointment and appreciate that this situation has been frustrating for you. We would like to assure you that we take such matters seriously and have carried out a thorough internal review.
As part of our investigation, we checked our receiving process, verified the stock received, and reviewed the available CCTV footage relating to the processing of your currency. Following these checks, we were able to confirm the amount of currency received at our premises.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were expecting; however, we must rely on the findings of our internal checks and the information available to us when processing the transaction.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, as customer feedback helps us continue improving our processes.
Kind regards,
TCC
Avoid for USD
I received poor-quality and damaged notes, including torn and marked bills, as well as older-design $20 notes. While these notes are legal tender in the US, that doesn't mean they're readily accepted elsewhere. Many banks, exchange bureaux and retailers in other countries are known to refuse or be reluctant to accept older or damaged US dollar notes.
When I raised this, I was simply told the notes were legal tender and that customers who want clean, current-design notes should pay extra for the "Mint Condition Notes" option. If you're travelling anywhere other than the US, I'd avoid this provider.

Dear Will,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the condition of the notes received did not meet your expectations.
Please be advised that all currency notes supplied are issued through our dispensing machines, and all notes that pass through these machines are checked and considered fit for purpose and legal tender.
We understand that some customers may have a preference for cleaner or newer-design banknotes. For this reason, we offer a Mint Condition Notes option for customers who specifically require this type of currency.
We also encourage customers with specific requirements regarding the condition or denominations of notes to contact us before placing their order, so we can advise on the available options and assist wherever possible.
We appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
TCC
