Always go to the Bayfair clinic and have never had a problem. They always give me the best advice and customer care. They have gone above and beyond to organise a treatment plan together for me and since sticking to it vigilantly I have noticed a great improvement in my skin and it’s got its bounce and glow back because of them. I’ve never not recommended them and will continue to see them. My therapist has been Jess recently and she’s so knowledgeable, she educates me and doesn’t make me feel silly about the things I don’t know. This is definitely the way to go as I feel in the past I have been made to feel a bit silly for things that I didn’t know about.

Their customer service is atrocious especially at Sylvia Park. Not all worth the risk or money when these people can’t offer basic respect. Way overpriced and underskilled

Been going to this clinic for a while, so decided to give the cosmellan peel a try....it was a horrible experience. After the peel was applied I was given a bag of around 8 products and verbally told which of the products to use. This is very important information since it can affect the effectiveness of the peel. No written instructions, and I felt like I was being ushered out the door after. The lady told me she would give me instructions once I returned for a checkup and Red light treatment (included in the package). I showed up for the checkup and had to ask repeatedly to be told what the next step was and what the other products were for. The girl that did my light treatment wasn't the one who did my peel, and when I asked her what I needed to do with the peel she panicked and left me alone in the room. She also did not explain what the treatment was that I was getting and I had no idea what was going on. After the device stopped glowing I waited for 10mins then got up and walked to the front desk to ask what was going on. I was handed a hastily printed off set of full instructions, which would have been wonderful to have before the peel was done. I am very disappointed - the treatment was worth $1700 and I have seen no difference in my skin whatsoever, and the whole experience was awful. I will not be using the cosmetic clinic again.

Brilliant service and support. Patricia at the new New Lynn clinic was so helpful. She clearly explained the process of each treatment that I was interested in. She was very patient and allot of fun. She also made me feel very comfortable. The half price deal is incredible and one I certainly took advantage off today, saving over a grand.

I had my treatments from Lyric and she is so lovely. I was really comfortable and always asked so many questions and Lyric answered all the questions very nicely and simply for me to understand. I have the trust that she always gives me honest answer. I do not leave the reviews usually but her services made me to leave this review to appreciate her work.

The staff are great and very attentive. My technician always makes sure to talk me through my treatments and ensures Im comfortable with everything. Always a pleasure to visit the team there, I look forward to it every time. Highly recommend

If there was a no star option I would just have given that to cosmetic clinic Sylvia Park, just went for a microdermabrasion 10steps, not my first time over there or to do microdermabrasion done it many times but I’m so upset now they have burn my face. My face is peeling and burning like hell. I’m not just letting it go here, for me my face and skin is very precious. We shall see again soon.

my technician has been awesome , kind and understanding , also very gentle towards caring for me. i highly recommend cosmetic clinic manukau, just a bunch of beautiful welcoming workers there. My laser treatments are working wonderfully still early days but i see the dramatic change after only 4 appointments. Thank you so much cosmetic clinic manukau.
