Coach driver was friendly and nothing was too much for him.
They were punctual for pick up and stayed with us all day.

The tour is scheduled for August 22, so I submitted the passenger list and all to the company at the end of May, and then I inquired about how things were going, but I didn't hear from them. In the end, I got an email telling me to wait because the contents I sent were handed over to the team more than a month later. I've tried to contact them numerous times, but I couldn't reach the person in charge. Whenever I call, he is busy or on break. they said he would check and contact me later, but they didn't keep their promise every time. It's so hard to work with them. I don't intend to do business with this company in the future. I'm going to work with another company. I'm a person who works for an agency, so I'm under so much stress because I've been getting so much complaints from my partner company. Even now, I'm worried about what if the coach company doesn't work properly. If things don't go well, I don't think there's anyone in this company who will be responsible. The bus rental fee is already fully paid. I regret doing business with this company so much.

I made a booking for my friend's stag-do and everything went mostly well, initially. They were responsive to give me a quote and answered some of my questions. However, no one ever paid attention to anything in my emails. I would say I live in California and I would get them calling me at 03:00 to ask me a question. I would have to say the same things in multiple emails because the responder neglected to read fully the previous one. I even had someone call me and act rudely to me because I was still coordinating the original pickup location with other partygoers.

When the original plans fell through and I was able to manoeuvre a new plan, I asked for a revised quote. It should have been lower due to it being a shorter distance and less time, but they didn't drop the price at all. When I asked for a reason, I didn't get a single response, so I decided to start looking for a new company.

When I found the new company, I got a quote for £250 less so I asked to cancel my booking with The Coach Company. I almost immediately got a response telling me I have now forfeited my entire deposit and that the booking was cancelled. I was never informed of the deposit being non-refundable. I spoke with a representative on the phone before making the deposit and he told me it was refundable. If I had known it was not refundable, I would not have made any deposit. Now the company is refusing to refund me my money and not answering any attempts to reach out. I'm ready to do a chargeback on my credit card for misleading terms.

Company refused to refund a deposit that was paid on Friday and cancelled the following Monday.
Didn't provide and T&C's to confirm their refund policy.
Firm sent me an e-mail requesting feedback about the trip before the actual trip.
Difficult to get hold of - will not consider in the future.

TCC really helped us out with our school trip with a last-minute coach as our student numbers increased unexpectedly. They got us what we needed in less than 24 hours and were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I can only give 4/5 as the magic extra bus broke down! I am sure it is nobody's fault, but it is something that can cause some problems when dealing with transporting young people and meeting entry slot deadlines for attractions. Thankfully, it worked out in the end. I would consider using them again.

Peter Barnes organised a 60 seater for the The People's Show Choir to travel for an all day event picking up at Sutton and Wolverhampton. We were kept informed and regularly recieved emails to ensure our booking was correct. The driver details was sent to me on the day before. Azziz and the coach arrived on time and we were very pleased with the smart comfortable coach. We were all instructed to wear our seat belts, which were all in working order. The journey went without any problem, collecting other members of the choir in Wolverhampton. Azizz dropped us as close to our venue as he could, with such a large coach. We arranged to meet the coach at the same spot at 5pm. Azziz was waiting with a smile! We had a jolly time travelling back, as we sang "Somebody To Love" which Azziz said he thoroughly enjoyed.

Very poor experience. Busses were late (70 minutes in one instance) every pick up, and caused group to miss lunch and almost the entire activity. No apology, or explanation.

Horrendous company, stay away!
I would advise everyone to stay away from this company, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We used this company for our annual nursery trip to the seaside and the driver did not turn up on the day of the trip! The children were so upset and disappointed and we had to tell them that the trip was no longer taking place.

Our Saturday school group (20 children & 2 adults) went on a sailing trip to the Isle of Wight.
We received a fantastic service from this coach company. From the very start the man I spoke to over the phone was helpful and kind. Both drivers were friendly and patient. The coach itself was the perfect size for us. Finally and most importantly the regular updates, the paperwork and the contact made by the drivers before the trip was outstanding! We will definitely use this service again.

We recently had a minibus company let us down on multiple trips for our team offsite in Bristol and Peter and the team came to our rescue! Quick and friendly service and saved the day! Thank you!!

The coach driver was an absolute legend. Nothing was too much trouble, he was early but more than happy to wait for everyone to embark and he was just fantastic. Will be using these guys again! Thanks!

My experience with this coach company was great because their representative of the company, Peter was easy to speak to and excellent in capturing my detail of what service I required. He took note of why I was hiring the vehicle. He conducted himself in a courtesy and considerate manner in taking my booking. The driver was also excellent because, from their very beginning, paid attention to detail and accommodating to any appropriate request, from myself or my guests. My journey went smoothly, and carried out in a timely matter. My guests, including myself felt very safe with their driver, of the transport. I would definitely recommend this service to others and use them again.

The coaches turned up on time, great drivers - all round great!

Dave and the team helped me at extremely short notice, they were very informative and kept my mind at ease that all was in hand for our 100 passengers. Communication was great and I never had to worry. Very professional and prompt. Would highly recommend.

Shocking experience with this company. We booked and paid up front for a luxury coach to pick up 28 VIP Guests from Ascot Races. We went to the trouble of sending on a VIP Coach Parking Pass to the company that picked up the booking for the Coach Company called Minibus IT. Couriered it to them so that the coach could access the racetrack with ease. We had held the coach at 18:00 assuming there would be a degree of flexibilty to pick up a large group from a busy venue. When the guests weren't there on the dot they threatened to depart without them. Something about the driver's tacho hours and he would be driving illegally. I pleaded and begged with them to wait for the guests and to not leave them stranded. I couldn't understand why a coach that had made it's way to a racetrack would even contemplate leaving again without any passengers. The Coach Company were completely unreasonable and hung up on me. Said there was nothing they could do. The contact at Minibus IT was more reasonable and said they would do their best. I ended up having to spend even more money to book a second driver who could meet the bus at it's destination and drive the bus back to the depot. I was left with absolutely no choice otherwise my guests would have been left behind at the racecourse. The guests said that the driver was completely obnoxious and so so rude. Very threatening behaviour saying he was leaving etc.

It was extortionately expensive and I was left so stressed by the confrontational nature of the phone calls that I had to endure out of hours to try and reason with these people. Absolute cowboys who take your money up front and then fail to provide a service. Avoid at all costs.

We hired these coaches for my sons wedding but the coaches were disgusting they smelled of vomit needed cleaning in side and out one of the drivers (Terry) had no manners how to talk we paid for 4 coaches and they wanted us to squeeze into three coaches will never hire them again and all our guest were very unhappy with them please take my word what a disgrace for someone who’s getting married never again

we had 4 coaches from birmingham to lemington, all paid for, firstly they tried to cram us into 3 coaches, the state of the coaches was disgusting, toilets was sickening an rubbish everywhere, on coach 3 there was sick stains and smells, this was the only thing that ruined our family wedding, dont use this unprofessional comany. terry one of the drivers also has no manners. on the way back from southam to birmingham they sent 3 coaches instead of 4, not only that again they tried to cram us into 2 this time and the female women driver was rude saying the coaches are not paid for (when they was as we paid upfront in full)
