Shredding when using
It is very soft and smooth, however I was disappointed to find that the toilet paper did not have enough body to resist tearing when wiping.

They really value their customers
I contacted Cheeky Panda re.their antibacterial wipes and they went over and beyond my expectations. They sent me a box of wipes as the ones I had were faulty. Incredible they really value their customers. Thank you

A Company that cares.
The Cheeky Panda makes an excellent toilet tissue which is soft, does not cause me any skin irritation and very importantly does not split under your fingers when you use it. Their excellent Customer Service are very quick to respond to any queries or issues that might arise. I am very happy to recommend both their product, which is made from eco-friendly bamboo, and their Customer Care.

Exceptional Customer Service
This company has been amazing for us. First off we love the toilet paper. We have been using it for several years now. I switched because I didn’t like the way regular toilet paper was packaged in plastic. And the more research I did I found out Bamboo is better.
Recently Cheeky Panda switched delivery services. Unfortunately we live remotely and can only receive UPS or FedEx. Our package was returned. Cheeky Panda was awesome in help tracking my order and making sure it was delivered to the correct location. They checked in through the entire process. They are a great company and provide great customer service :)

Great paper & customer service
I’ve been using The Cheeky Panda for years. It’s great toilet paper, quality stuff, I prefer buying it like this rather than remember buying some at the supermarket. The customer service is great too as whenever I had to get in touch or cancel they are quick to answer on emails and always help. That is a huge plus for me.

Bamboo is good, but not sure on this.
I bought toilet rolls from you because I love the idea that it's made from bamboo instead of paper. But I don't love the toilet roll. I'll keep it and use it sometimes, but I'm going back to the recycled, cushioned, supermarket own-brand toilet paper that I like.

Good product and customer service
The customer service was fantastic. There was a shipping delay, and when I wrote to ask about it, their customer service department was in touch quickly to help me resolve it. It still took several weeks to get my order, so their shipping issues might still need to be resolved, but I was pleased that someone was ready to work with me and make sure I received my order. It was my first time ordering from The Cheeky Panda, but the quality of the tissues and their great customer service ensure this won't be my last order.

Recommended, eco friendly products, great customer service
Would recommend.
Good products, consistent quality, 100% bamboo, reduced packaging where possible...scores well on eco- friendly criteria for source, content and production.
Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, responsive, approachable. A couple of minor glitches to delivery and payment systems were rapidly sorted out.
Website sometimes a tad clunky but I understand the company are working on this.
