Great experience. Reliable company. I’d never heard of them and was apprehensive but had cheaper price than anywhere else and, after reading positive reviews, I went for it and am so glad I did! Genuine products with speedy delivery.

I would give no stars if i could !
Bought 2 of these trays. Had nothing but problems. Last email was sent on the 3rd September after Neakasa told me to contact them about Warranty problems to have it replaced. 2 weeks later still no reply to my email !!

Very quick to take your money and reply when you’re buying but once they have your money & you have problems with the tray. Reply’s stop !

Do not buy items from this company they charge astronomical amounts to return items it is not free. They actually charge £65 for return for an item that had arrived less than 24 hours ago.

I dont like that it stays upside down when tray is full
Means cats are left without a tray until you get up or get home

As a reply to your message. It definitely doesnt go 14 days. It lasts 3 days max for 4 cats and the idea of putting a normal litter tray out aswell defeats the objrct of paying nearly £500 for an automatic tray

I have 2 of them. Great litter trays but i dont like the fact when the waste box is full the top section stays upside down so cats cant use it
Several times this has happened during the night or when we have been at the hospital and got back to accidents because they have had nowhere to go.
I have emailed customer service twice with no replys

In response to your reply. We are a multi cat household of very big cats & we have to empty every other day as it is so seems this is a negative side to the trays

Quick ordering process. Was a little bit worried at first, as I ordered on the Saturday over May Bank Holiday, so none of the links were working and when everyone had raved about quick delivery and it had been 3 days, I thought something had gone wrong. However! On the Tuesday, received an email that my order had been dispatched and received it on the Wednesday. The Neakasa Litter Box is fab; I’m only sorry I didn’t get it sooner due to its ease of use, even on a full litter change! Highly recommend theCatLab and Neakasa to anyone!

Easy online purchase, good price compared to some places and delivered very quickly.

The ordering process has been very user friendly however the link to the tracking of my order on the confirmation email I received doesn’t not work. Hopefully this is a small hiccup. Will update if/when my order does arrive!

Update - I ordered late on Friday night and it arrived early Wednesday morning. Considering it was a bank holiday weekend, that’s speedy delivery!

The cats have been using it only for 5 hours and already we are all super happy with it.

I will certainly be recommending catlab as the experience has been fab! As for the product I am very happy and will leave a separate review on the product site.

Quick and easy product to order, 30 days to return if not happy. But I am very happy with the Neakasa M1 and glad I ordered it!

Neakasa M1 is a game changer.
Delivered quickly.
Only a 10 days into using it but no more smells or stress like my old electronic cat tray gave me.
Both cats took to it easily.

I recently purchased the Neakasa robot cat litter box from CatLab, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the overall experience. The packaging was excellent – the unit arrived in perfect condition, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra plastic waste bag and additional cat litter included, even though I hadn’t ordered them. A thoughtful touch!

As for the product itself – it’s truly amazing. I have a very fussy cat who typically takes time to adjust to anything new, but after about 5 days, she started using it with no issues. It’s made a noticeable difference in maintaining cleanliness and reducing odour. The smart functions are incredibly helpful, and the design fits nicely into our home.

Highly recommend both the product and CatLab for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Comprehensive marketing material on FB and website to aid decision making. Easy purchase process. Delivery within a week. Easy to set up and operate. Cats took to it quickly. It replaces an enclosed model as it holds more waste produced by my two cats. Love it so far.

The litter box was delivered just 48 hours after ordering. It also had litter tray bags which I wasn't expecting. So far, (2.5weeks) in, my cats have been using the litter tray and it's made it so easy for me to keep it clean.

We had this litter box for few weeks it is brilliant.It is always clean so very good for our cat ,not using so much litter and only have to empty one a week .Best thing bought for our cat and would recommend to any one who has a cat that doesn’t go out .

Quick delivery - Super Product (so far)!

It’s early days but so far very impressed with this product. Downside is cat litter is everywhere on the floor nothing to really stop it being ‘flung’ by the cat. But overall I like the open design as my cat hates being covered.

I received my litter tray about 2 weeks ago. I have held off reviewing till I watched my cats to see if they used it. I have 7 cats and all of them use this tray. This appears to the new favourite for them. I think the open top is a winner with them. Does what it says and empties after they use it. Saves so much time having automatic trays and the cats get a clean tray everytime they use it. All 7 have different personalities, and all the use the tray. Fab product saves me time and the cats love it. I would def recommend this tray 👌

Catlab had a great offer on the Neakasa M1 litter robot! I’ve been looking for a new robot since my LR3 started to have more and more errors.
I researched and decided the Neakasa would be a great design for my cat’s needs I purchased the robot and it was delivered very quickly.
The robot was very easy to put together and lighter than some of the other robots I’ve owned, having mobility problems being able to open the draw which is very light and just pull a drawstring makes life so much easier. The unit is easy to take apart to wash when needed. This is the upgraded version so no need for seal stickers on the base.
The robot records via the app the cat’s weight ( I have 3) and lets you know when they have used the robot,
I love the open design so do my cats! They used it immediately, no smells at all. There’s no filter do I sprinkle a few gel beads of pet odour neutraliser into the draw bag and I’ve never noticed any smell. I only have to empty it every 6-7 days which is amazing! The LR3 was unpleasant smelling by day 3.
The Neakasa has function buttons on the robot for easy access and via the app. The robot is customisable via the app and allows you to decide on cycle time etc and if you’ve got a kitten different safety features. The robot has ALWAYS stopped as soon as a cat has touched or entered if on cycle, the cats were inquisitive at first but the safety features meant that they were safe at all times.
This is a great machine, so far so good, I’ve only had it 6 weeks so I hope it continues to be as easy as it is at the moment. There haven’t been any issues and it’s doing what it should when it should. The cat’s weight logs have been accurate and it’s helped me to identify who’s been when. The robot will log when a cat stands on it with often a weight if 1.7kg for 10 seconds, but that’s not an issue it’s just showing a cat standing looking in. When they use the litter it accurately logs and weighs.
I couldn’t justify £750 for a LR4 given my past issues with the old model and the fact my cats don’t really like closed robots. I’m very happy with my purchase, I may even consider a second !

I have previously owned a litter robot but it didn’t wo k out so thought I would try this being an open top.
I think this is a brilliant bit of kit.
We have 4 Maine Coon’s and 2 British Shorthair’s so we run this alongside our normal litter trays. Having the open top is a real bonus for us. The app is simple to use. Having kitten mode is amazing as you can keep some control.
We will be buying another soon.
