Stay well away! After waiting over a week for a quote, we thought the price was very reasonable but estimating service was absolutely shocking. They visited our property twice (and wanted to come back a third time) alarm bells started ringing - we've decided to go with a competitor

Legal action due to defective vinyl. This company after having purchased from and recommended carpetstop many times they have finally disappointed to the point of Court Action. Bought a remnant over the phone which in fitting proved to be the thinnest, tearable nastiest rubbish I’ve ever seen. Carpetstop not interested- Court Action instructed, will not use or recommend ever again

Due to the builder messing us around with completion dates, Mickey ensured that the 3 most needed rooms were completed the day after we got out keys to allow us to move in.

I had carpets, vinyl flooring, and laminate flooring put in the property by this company.
Paul & his son fitted the laminate flooring, and Shoukat & Tasib installed the carpets and vinyl flooring. All the tradesmen were polite and friendly, and they did a very good job. Paul and Shoukat paid attention to detail and neither of them cut corners. I would highly recommend these fitters if you require the services of this company.
Potential customers should BE AWARE that they will be required to pay 50% in advance on the day of placing the order and the remaining 50% on the same day as the fitting or 24 hours in advance of the fitting date. The company will NOT DO THE FITTING until the full amount has been received. The fitters do not have card machines, so if you wish to pay the fitters on the same day as the fitting - you will have to pay in cash BEFORE any fitting commences.
