Absolutely over the Moon had vinyl put in my kitchen and carpet all up the stairs and on 3 landings very professional fitters even gave me a new door bar in the kitchen would 1000 percent recommend to everyone best company and fitters ever

I needed replacement flooring in my dining room after a leak. Mij was brilliant. He was able to help me select a near perfect match to my old flooring. Mij couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried.

Don't bother their delivery don't turn up and expect you to wait around all day.
When they do turn up its without a carpet on the puddlejumper

When my daughter and I arrived , Midge welcomed us with such a positive and professional manner ! He showed us a wide range of carpets which helped us purchase one . He has great positive energy ! We have been to many carpet shops over the years and Midge is the best at helping his customers. We will definitely be ordering all our flooring and carpets from Midge !

From Estimater calling to having carpet fitted was exactly 1 week. Very happy customer, quality of carpet & underlay was exactly what we wanted. Excellent service & Company, would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service- ongoing refund complaint since August.

I have given photographic proof of size of the package from the courier which is a completely different size to the part you are suggesting I received.

Don’t waste your money with this company. Outraged by the accusation of me of lying and then when I ask you for a full investigation with CCTV of my package being unboxed you cannot provide it… even though I have sent you proof.

The Carpet Stop - Cheadle: I was very disappointed with the service I received from this business. I was initially planning to have flooring in 6 rooms, but left it at 3 in the end. I will go elsewhere for the other rooms. Overall , it was an expensive mistake, but lesson learnt as they say.

The carpet looks nice, the underlay makes it feel very soft underfoot, however were shocked when the fitters rolled out our carpet on the drive/road. It also felt rushed. You also have to deal with the leftover carpet and underlay. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful however I think that the itemised estimate/invoice for carpets/flooring needs breaking down, with the price next to the item, rather than an overall price at the bottom. We paid for a furniture move but do not know how much. We will see if the carpet lasts the test of time.

Went into the shop looking for guidance on a design for my bathroom. The lads there were very helpful and prioritised my needs rather than pushy sales. The experience in store couldn't have been any better and would definitely recommend!

Great customer service. Elaine found us the best deal. The quality of the carpet is fab. The fitter was friendly and measured additional rooms. He explained what would be a good quality long lasting carpet. We will be back !

We recently had new carpet and underlay to the stairs and landing. The service was amazing from start to finish. The initial salesman was extremely informative and helpful when we were choosing our flooring in the shop. James made an excellent job of fitting the carpet. All staff were polite, professional and punctual. We're thrilled with our new carpet. Looks amazing.

We recently had Kardean flooring. The service was amazing ! Elaine served us and was extremely informative and helpful when choosing our flooring in the shop. Joe and Corby lay the floor in a herringbone style as requested.

They were polite and professional. There craftsmanship is second to none. They were punctual bang on time both days. Can't recommend them enough ! Plus they appreciate the odd bacon/sausage cob !. We always get carpets from the Carpet shop and received good service tge service was no different with the Kardean flooring. Really pleased with it ! Looks amazing.

Brilliant service all round. Good choice of carpets in store and online. Nyla took the order and Luka arranged the fitting (which was free) and the fitters were friendly, polite and punctual. Can’t fault the people involved in this process.
