Being a one man band is hard as it is but the service was the best especially comparing to all other little businesses response time was the quickest and also understanding the sweet were great only fell one star short as I would have loved to try the red velvet cake and wish it came sooner but other than that it was wonderful experience overall

Ordered a large mystery box and was very pleased with what arrived! So gone out and ordered an extra large mystery box today :) Delivery was a little long but definitely worth the wait. Hope you, your partner and new born have a safe year ahead

Got a small mystery box was 10/10 and not one item the same. Very very happy with what I got especially for £10!!!!!!

Now ordered 2 £10 and a £20 one to get a taste of a few. Thank you very much

This is my second time ordering and I am not disappointed again I ordered a £20 mystery box and I was amazed at the selection of sweets and chocolate I got I got prime in it as well and I got a discount code for next time I ordered I got kept up to date as to where my order was as I got told he had a bit of a back log due to personal reasons but I was understanding due to him letting me know and keeping me up to date as to where my order was I will definitely be ordering again in the future couldn’t recommend them enough.

Perfect example of how to NOT run a company apparently after asking where my order was the guy I emailed told me he didn't like my tune and refunded it after 2 weeks of waiting .I ordered on the 20th of December it's now 7th January, just got informed that 2 items were not available and i was not getting them but I had already been told it had been shipped when I asked why? Was told that he didn't like my tone and he's refunding the lot
I SERIOUSLY DOUBT HE HAD ANY STOCK TO SEND .AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE ITS A PLANK OF WOOD

I ordered two £20 mystery boxes and they were amazing such good value for money I had such a wide variety of sweets and chocolate in there and the customer service I received was really good I got kept in the loop of the process of my order he also answered any questions I had and I got a discount code for 15% and my order came with extras as well as I spent a lot of money. overall really happy with my experience and I will definitely buy again in the future.

This company gave me a discount code after I had been scammed by another so called company they offered everyone effected a code which was amazing they was great from start to finish and have even messaged since to ask how my neice is and to make sure we received the order OK (the order was a chemo snack pack for my neice) ordering was super easy communication great and delivery was only a couple of days I will definitely be using these guys again I got a mystery box and it was jam packed with goodies absolutely worth every penny

First time ordering and I was left highly satisfied with my order. I usually buy the normal chocolate tubs from supermarkets for presents but this year I've been buying from small businesses,if this year has taught us anything its to support families. So glad I decided on The Candy Plug after looking at lots of different companies. Ordered mystery boxes for my son for Xmas but I've already eaten 2/3 of the box as its so good 😂 I will be ordering again. Remember this is 1 guy doing all this alone, big companies can take 7 days to reply to you. So please remember this is 1 man dealing with hundreds of orders and messages, he can't reply at all times of day. I've recommend this company to work colleagues & family as I was so impressed with my order & price I paid. A* Customer Service. Will always use Candy Plug for any future sweet orders. Even just to treat myself 🥰

I feel more people write reviews when upset over the amount that write vieed when happy. and I mean with every buisness. this guy is doing it alone what's amazing to see. he always checks in with customers n always answers questions. I recommend trying this buisness. I love supporting small buisnesses especially ones who are trying to make a good life for themselves, that want to thrive as a business like this guy 🥰

4 stars as nothing is perfect.
I was very pleased with The candyplug UK, simple to order and layout of the website is simple. I ordered Two bundle boxes received them in one single box, so unable to see if I got my values worth, but contained a lot of None UK sweet. A lot of the same flavours of item in the box I.e (watermelon) OK if you like that flavour but if not then maybe request a mixed flavour of sweet. Shame there was not more biscuits. Cakes and Savoury items. Very hood with the communication in regards to progess and delivery. Unfortunately wasn't able to get the "moon pie or the CookieM&M's) as they would have been interesting. But over reasonably happy with most of the selection that has been given, could do with putting less sweets in and less sour sweet also being there is a load that has come In the box. I would use again but think I would request a few changes. But other then that I am happy with the service and communication.

I found the owner to be very busy but always answered any of my queries the same day , it took a little bit longer for my stuff to arrive as he was drowning in orders, he was very friendly and always polite, he explained about the extended waiting times any time that I pestered him with emails , my order came and it was well worth the wait I ordered 2 mystery box’s and myself and my boys absolutely loved the selection of all different contents of thes box’s but yes DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM. Completely worth waiting and receiving thank you . Thecandypluguk

Beware. Does not send product out. Claims he is “a one man band “ etc etc. Then when I query again he says he never had any intention of posting as he had “an email” from PayPal telling him not to send out. Utter rubbish. He is a scammer and acting fraudulently. There was no email from PayPal . However I will certainly be notifying PayPal now I know what a scammer he is .

Great Service, always responsive to emails. Delivery was slow but probably due to the volume of orders. I was happy to wait though as always quality
