Ordered a large mystery box for my son way back on the 14th of February we are now on the 12th of March and still no closer to a delivery date from this guy poor excuses and my patience has worn thin, Annoyed so much that I have gave up waiting and asked for a refund. If you are prepared to wait months for a sweet box then crack on but if you aren’t look elsewhere would be my honest review . My box was never delivered as stated in the reply hense I asked for a refund. It was also me who contacted yourself with regards to the order not the other way around I don’t lie I have no reason to.

Honestly, was sceptical trying a new online candy store and it did not disappoint! Fast response time when questions were asked and quick shipping and delivery! Would definitely recommend his business as he's efficient and hard working! 5 Stars deserved

I am so happy that I found TheCandyPluguk & it was by off chance that I found it as I was just causally flicking through insta like you do, thought I will give it ago as the kids really enjoy these kind of sweet and just wow. The goodies arrived today and we couldn’t open the box quick enough, Once we opened it I couldn’t believe how many sweets and drinks were in there for what we paid. It was fully to the top.

By far the best plug for your sweets and drinks. We just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to TheCandyPlugUk for the goodies and to whoever places an order will NOT be disappointed at all. I will be placing another order very soon.

First saw candy plug on instagram and thought I would give them a try. Did take a little while to get it but I can understand they are very busy.

This guy is running a small home based company, whilst also dealing with some family things which he has been open about on his social media just explaining there would be a delay as hes slitting his time through working and hospital trips 🫶🏼

All i can say is worth the wait x a million!
I made my first order at end of Jan for valentines day for my other half i then made a bigger order as watching their social i wanted to try different things.

Every time i have contacted him i have had a response rapid and asked if i would get by today as for our anniversary, not only did he deliver as they were dropped off by the Royal mail today 100 and personalised note as well and well over 100 different items

I see people slating him as for the delay jn delivery but he more than makes up fore this with the customer care and communication and the sheer quality and value of products

Do not ho anywhere else for you candy needs!

Received my box today and I couldn’t be happier, so much more than £19.99 worth of sweets, the sweets are a good variety and the lays are yum! Love this box and I will deffo be ordering again on pay day! Excellent customer service and very kind and approachable! Best candy plug around!! ❤️

I made a order in early February. And I've been following these guys for a while and thought I'd finally try them for myself! When ever I bad a question about My order they would always reply In the same day! I was impressed with their customer service that much that I ordered again off them before I even received my first order and to my pleasant surprise I got both delivered today! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! And the prices are amazing and cannot be beat anywhere! Give these guys a chance and I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Well Value for money doesn't really come close as most of the items are over £2 each and that's if you can find them in the UK!

With personal events causing a little delay on the shipping, as its not a life saving machine I can say it was definitely worth the wait!,

Ordered a large mystery box and it didn't disappoint. A very generous amount of items inside and considering the American candy/drinks cost all sorts anywhere else it was a bargain for only £20.

Despite going through his own personal problems the seller was working around the clock to deal with all kinds of orders when he could have easily put it all on hold. I will definitely be back for more!

My order took a little time to arrive, but was well worth it, the kids are literally bouncing round the house on sours, I’m about to crack my gatorade. This is one bloke trying to make a difference, give him a chance and support a smaller business, all these corporations hate us anyway.

After ordering a £14.99 surprise box and few other bits for my daughters birthday I emailed to find out when delivery would be as no date was given with in minutes a reply explaining the situation of the owner having personal emergency and a offer of full refund I was glad to wait for delivery and as soon as he found out it was for my girls birthday he reassured me he would pack and post next morning ..true to word her parcel came this morning packed with more than was expected great customer service great products and will be ordering more in future … well done and more than happy to support this company again good luck for future

What a company absolutely amazing communication even though they are extremely busy. And value for money wow i received a lot more than I expected when buying mystery boxes. Please use this company they are simply amazing

What started off as a slow delivery due to seller having some personal problems he was open about. I got my package and can say it was worth the wait.
Best I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot of similar companies selling the same type of things.
