Tried to ask a question about a type of product and some basic design spec questions involving a few different product lines and how we can brand them. Just wanting to know what products could display what we needed to display (there were about three different ones on the web page). I expected to be guided on what we could do and signposted, but instead was met with someone who obviously got out of bed the wrong way this morning. Truly shocked by the responses I got to my questions. There really wasn't any need at all to be like that. I was happy to be guided to the most suitable line to achieve what we needed, but instead was met with aggressive replies with loads of question marks at the end! Shocking service. They have just lost any future business with our company and our clients who come to us, and any future recommendations. I'm fully expecting a response to this that's just as bad!

Wow! This was customer service at it's very best! I made an enquiry on Monday and by Friday, I had 60 very cute Max The Monkey with printed T-shirts. Amar was amazing and answered every email very quickly and efficiently meaning that my order arrived in record time. Max is perfect, exactly what we wanted as a memento for the cast members of our theatre group. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you Amar!
