First Class service Maxxis Minions in 650b and 26”
The first time I have used thebiketyreshop.com and I am really pleased with the service. Suggestions for matching different tyer treads and casings
You guys did exactly what I expected. I got the correct tyres, easy website, and now my steed has its summer shoes on.
However, I did have to Google some information about the tyres. I wonder if you could add information like what tires are best on the front or rear of the bike in different conditions and riding styles. Perhaps show that if I wanted a Maxxis Ikon, this tyre is best for the rear, and suggest a different one for the front, again depending on how the bike will be ridden or the conditions. An Ikon on the front, but a suggestion that a High Roller would be good on the Rear for low rolling resistance and hardpack summer riding with an EXO casing to keep the weight down but still provide enough protection typically needed for well-used hardpack trails with less chance of sharps that might get through the casing..For example.
I'm rambling, but perhaps a suggestion section like that might help, and then perhaps have deals on a paired set of tires. (That last suggestion is just me being tight.)
Thanks again If you read all this, I'll be back in the winter for some bigger shoes.
