I couldn’t have been more impressed! Great customer service, professionalism, impressive communication frequency, and a quality product, all of these qualities describe The Big Bark Boys…This is my third time using this company for family/dog portraits, and they have consistently been a 5-star provider of high end service. They would not settle for anything less than my 100% satisfaction, and in the case of all three portraits, they provided multiple photo samples in black and white, as well as colored, and many different poses, until everything looked perfect to me. You might think (as I wrongly did) that putting together separate pictures of people and animals, so everyone looked like themselves, would be a slam-dunk process. But it’s not. The way the pictures sent to this company are lit, posed, and sized all create nuances that must be manually adjusted by the experts creating your final product.

Since I haven’t left a review before, I don’t know if I’ll have the option to post my final pictures, but know that this company worked with me tirelessly through 6-8 iterations of each photo until I looked like me, my husband looked like him, my grandson and his parents looked exactly like themselves.

Not once did Masumi (the terrific lady from The Bark Boys who worked with me) get impatient or frustrated. Her attitude was truly, “We want you to love your photo and we’re not giving up until you do!”

I’ve never had such a wonderful customer service experience, ever!

My dog looks great, spot on. However your depiction of my face is way off. It looks nothing like me. Disappointed.

I had some ussues downloading the photo but it turned out to be an email issue, not Big Bark Boys. They, however responded incredibly fast to help me solve the problem and the photo turned out fantastic!

Loved the picture and was very easy to do. Received the picture within minutes and easy to download. Will be using this photo in a Christmas card.

Without doubt, the BEST image generator by far. My pet died last week, so I was sensitive to any AI rendition of her, or myself. I can say that the final image was beyond my expectations. It was contextually brilliant, the lighting was perfect, and the images were rendered to a perfection of detail hard to distinguish from the two, actual photos I submitted. This portrait is stunning and will be printed and framed as one of the most important, accurate and beautiful works to sit on my already crowded walls.

Does this product play on our emotions? 100 percent. Is it worth it? 1000 percent. I have many many pictures of my boy but i could have never got this myself. I am beyond pleased. Pick a great pic of your pet. Pick a great picture of yourself. Let them combine them. Let it remind you of the happy days. How full of life and love they were. Let it remind you of the life they lived...BECAUSE OF YOU. I'm very pleased with this picture. Worth every penny.
