As with my first experience with the Bed Specialist over 15 years ago, the service was top drawer throughout. From helpful advice in the showroom, to order and delivery, the communication was excellent throughout. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The staff at the Bed Specialists listened to what we wanted and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed choice. We were able to look at and try several mattresses in the shop. Once we’d made our decision they were 100% accurate in pulling together all the details and delivering on our purchase.

I went to the store today to arrange a swap for the mattress I had already purchased which sadly is too soft. I’d like to say a huge thanks to Nick who was incredibly helpful and so patient. He even made us coffee! We both appreciated his knowledge and the fact he guided us toward beds he thought would suit me. No pressure at all to part with more money. He was so helpful and hopefully this time the mattress will be better for me. So worth going into the shop rather than buying off line. Nothing seems too much trouble. Trying different toppers on different beds! I appreciate that’s what they are there to do, sell beds, but the service is second to none. No hard sales. Just much needed information on getting the right bed. I’d not buy my beds anywhere else now. Thank you so much. A wonderful family business with good old fashioned ethics!

What wonderful customer service. The advice we received was full and unbias. We felt our requirements were listened to and they answered all our questions with expert knowledge and experience. They certainly knew their industry. We had a couple of issues on delivery but all sorted very quickly with no fuss. Would definitely reccommend and use again.

Everyone we had dealings with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a minor issue when our bed arrived but it was quickly resolved. We are happy to say to anyone that the Bed Specialist is well worth a visit.

They do not rush you to make a decision about which bed to choose, answering any questions which you have. Delivery was seamless, installed in the bedroom, advice given for maintaining your mattress to its best. From the moment I stepped into the shop, Nick couldn't have been more helpful. I tried so many beds until he found the right one for me. I was in the shop for well over two hours making my choice. The bed has now been delivered by Nick's team, and is so comfortable, thanks to Nick's help. I also ended up buying a mattress protector and two new pillows, there is so much to offer at 'The Bed Specialist'. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team to anyone if you want to ensure you 'get it right'. Also I could park right outside the shop and just felt it was all such a personal service. The mattress we believed we ordered was labelled on the website as medium. When said mattress arrived there is no label on the mattress Indicating any reference to its rating let alone medium. we have contacted Bed specialists to ask if there is possibly a mistake, because its like sleeping on the floor. They responded with it takes 2 weeks to settle. I have purchased a memory foam topper to save my sanity but alas no comfort is to be found on this mattress. And we have to bin it. I feel the bed specialists are selling products that possibly are not what they seem on the website. There is zero return policy with this company.

It is wonderful to walk into a family owned business which has a real place in the local community and displays a real pride in their history.

Service is brilliant, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
