Wrong template is been sold
I ordered a PPF kit from Tesla-Protect and unfortunately received the wrong bumper/PPF.
When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for sending the wrong product, I was blamed for not checking the order myself. The problem is that with a pre-cut PPF kit, it is not always possible to properly verify whether everything is correct before installation. You only discover the problem when you actually start fitting the film and realize that the product or label does not match.
What disappointed me even more was the customer service. Communication was difficult and I did not feel that they were genuinely trying to resolve the issue.
I paid more than €220, so I expected a much higher level of product quality and service. In my experience, the PPF felt very thin and did not meet my expectations for a premium product at this price point.
I eventually had to solve the problem myself with a bulk installation, which meant additional time, work and cost on my side.
After looking into other customer experiences online, I also found several discussions from Tesla owners reporting difficulties with installation, stretching and fitment of some of the kits. These are individual experiences, but they unfortunately match some of the problems I experienced myself. (TFF Forum - Tesla Fahrer & Freunde) also there revieuws on there own website are fake, dont fall for it. Invoices they will only send of you ask for it . It’s looks like its not a genuine company but some people from the attic who are running a nice looking webshop.
There are also very few independent customer reviews available for the company. The Trustpilot profile currently has only two reviews, which makes it difficult for potential customers to get a representative picture of the service and product quality.
For me, this was a one-time purchase and I will not order from Tesla-Protect again.
For the price I paid, I expected better quality, better communication and much better customer service.
My advice: do your research and compare other PPF suppliers before ordering.

your order was placed more than a month before the installation. As stated on our website, we always recommend checking immediately after delivery that all parts are correct before preparing the complete vehicle for installation. If you are installing for a customer, this is even more important.
Every product has a clearly visible label showing the exact part and vehicle. In this case, the wrong bumper pattern was clearly identifiable, but installation was still started. Once PPF has been installed or attempted, it is no longer usable or resellable, so we cannot simply issue a 100% refund.
You ordered the bumper for the previous Model Y. We ship many kits for the new Model Y every day, and unfortunately a packing mistake can happen. We certainly did not send the wrong part intentionally.
We responded to your emails and live chat in less than two minutes and immediately tried to help. We offered a free replacement and also credit above your original purchase value for another product, so you could judge the quality for yourself.
We accept that the wrong part was packed. But if a clearly incorrect product is still installed, we cannot refund it in full afterwards after more than 1 month.
The additional accusations about fake reviews, invoices and our company not being genuine are simply false and, in our opinion, only serve to damage our reputation rather than describe what actually happened.
