I ordered a HEPA filter. It arrived with some blemishes. I emailed them asking what I should do. I didn't get a reply right away so I left a negative review here. They emailed me a few days later letting me know that they sent a replacement. I just received their replacement filter and it's perfect. That makes all the difference in the world, it also arrived pretty quickly after they'd gotten back to me. They get five stars.

Hello, I have been building cleanrooms and working with Terra Universal for ~10yrs. T.U. sources pretty niche and exotic building materials which are hard to come by. I have a recent experience on a build that was challenging, as getting materials to deadlines usually is--but Daniel Magpayo turned it around and was able to get us the materials to keep my contractors working.

I was in a tight timeline for getting a quotation on some specialty automatic clean room sliding doors. Luckily I was dealing with an amazing person (Monica Perez) who quickly got me my quotation with time to spare which allowed me to ask questions for clarity on the quotation. Monica was quick to respond and it was all greatly appreciated. Very professional.
