I just finished up an online chat with Brandon, about a part to order and he steered me in the right direction and also is helping with a quote.

Realized my original quote and order was missing a component that was needed. Got in touch with Daniel and issue was resolved quickly.

We were having some difficulties tracking a load of deliverables…Irais Aguilar jumped in, found our goods and maintained great follow-up through out delivery process.

My experience with Terra Universal was extremely disappointing. Our order was originally scheduled to ship by May 29, but that date came and went with no proactive communication. Every update required us to reach out first, and each response simply pushed the timeline further with little explanation.

Chris Noto and Irais Aguilar were polite in their communications, but neither took ownership of the situation or provided the level of communication you would expect for a significantly delayed order. We repeatedly had to ask for basic status updates and even usable tracking information after the shipment was supposedly on its way.

What left the worst impression was being told that if we wanted a guaranteed delivery date, we should consider Terra Universal's "FastTrack" expedited service—even after the original promised ship date had already been missed. It felt like the solution to their production delays was to pay a substantial premium rather than receive the service that was originally committed.

Delays happen in construction and manufacturing. What customers expect is honesty, proactive communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, Terra Universal fell well short in all three.

Had an issue with software but live agent (Long) was able to help immediately and get a quote within 15 minutes
