I’m quite fussy when it comes to cleaning, so I was honestly a little unsure about using a cleaning service. But during my move I had some back pain and really needed the help — and I’m so glad I did.
Esther was absolutely lovely and such a professional. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. She cleaned the whole house so thoroughly, including marks and dirt left by the previous owner that I didn’t think would come off.
She even made our old-looking PVC garden door look almost new! We thought the door itself was just very old, but it turned out it was mainly years of dirt and grime!
Thank you so much to Esther and Ezekiel for all your hard work. You did a fantastic job, and I will definitely use you again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The booking process was clear and simple to use.
Communication from the cleaning team was on point, reminding me of the upcoming visit the day before and on the morning, to confirm the visit could still go ahead.
Abubakr answered any questions I had clearly.
The clean, I took some pictures before the clean and Abubakr sent some of after the clean up. Amazing difference to mum and dad's house after passing.
Abubakr and his team have done them proud, everywhere was like band new, carpets, windows, cupboard and bathroom etc, what an amazing job.
I visited the job later in the afternoon to see for myself. Abubakr pictures didn't do it full justice and a beautiful fresh smell lingered,

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Updated 4 days post clean.
To set the tone, this company can’t even provide their cleaners with bin bags or a mop and bucket.
Initially I thought this service was fine until i discovered more and more issues. Firstly I spotted rubbish from the upstairs bathroom had been thrown out onto the extension roof despite me providing bin bags, I had to climb onto the roof to fetch it.
The bathroom which is a wet room wasn’t mopped (a very basic service they listed) again, despite me providing them with a mop bucket.
Then I found downstairs they had bleached the lino with whatever chemicals they were mopping with.
I also watched the cleaner pour the dirty mop bucket water into the front garden instead of the drain that was 3 feet away.
Overall careless, sloppy work and I would have done a better job cleaning it myself.
I emailed to complain and they requested that i provide photographic evidence of the house before and after to compare, has anyone else ever had to photograph their entire house the day before the cleaners come to ensure damage is accounted for?
I’m currently in the process of prepping the house to sell and they’ve done more damage than they have fixed. Their only resolution given the time frame was to give me a 10% refund. £24 back for the extra work i had to do to rectify the issues is a joke.

Absolute nightmare of a company
Absolute nightmare of a company. They were four hours late and lied by saying the reason was that they were involved in an accident- they were not! The charged me for a stair carpet that they never attempted to clean. The first thing they did was made me agree to removing their guarantee. The cleaning was very bad - they missed the radiators and never cleaned the windows. Dreadful experience. Do not go there.

I booked an end‑of‑tenancy clean and was extremely disappointed with the standard of the service. Several areas were left uncleaned, including tasks listed in their own checklist. My letting agent’s checkout report confirmed multiple issues caused by the poor clean, and I have now lost a substantial portion of my deposit because of this.
When I raised the issues, the company initially offered a partial re‑clean, meaning they would only return to address the areas they missed — not a full repeat of the service. As I had already vacated the property and the checkout inspection had been completed, this was no longer possible. Their alternative solution was a goodwill refund of just 10% of the £300 I paid, which does not reflect the financial loss or the poor standard of work delivered.
For a service advertised as a “professional end‑of‑tenancy clean,” the results were far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

More than Disappointed
If you are looking for a company to undertake your end of Tenancy cleaning, then our advice is to continue looking and give this organisation a miss. We recently used them on a property we own and can only say it was very superficial and seemed rushed. Appreciate the property was left in a bit of a state but isn’t that the reason you use companies like this to sort it out. Basic issues like cobwebs left hanging, light pendants not cleaned and kitchen tops missed etc. not good enough for so called professional cleaners very disappointed. We only wish we could upload photos of how this company left some areas of the house after their clean. Also apparently their equipment failed and blew the circuit breaker in the property and did not inform us. Our advice stay well clear of this organisation!!!
