We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with the assembly of your order. Unfortunately some of our products do require a degree of DIY experience, as they have multiple steps in construction. We are however always available to assist with specific assembly instructions, and to guide through any steps which may be difficult to follow.
We do hope that, despite these initial issues, you have been able to construct and are happy with your greenhouse. If you do have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
One parcel not arrived
Ordered on 10th May, received 2 out of the 3 parcels on 14th May and the tracking on the 3rd parcel hasn’t changed in over a week, I have tried to contact tectake and had no response, tried calling and their phone lines either ‘had no agents available’ or ‘are currently down’
Seriously frustrating not being able to get in contact with anyone about it as it’s now been a week with no tracking updates

Trust pilot have said you’ve asked for more info, I’m not sure what more info I can give on here, pick up your phones! I’m trying again this morning and still nobody is answering, I’ve emailed twice and no response there either, really really poor experience
The order number is W36096869-1M-V and the missing parcel is Z2Z101E0 the order is through the range but after contacting them and GLS they have told me to contact you, this is all on my email
Update: I have now requested to cancel this order with The Range

Damaged item
My order took a little longer to arraive than stated on the webite, I dont mind this. Unfortunatly it arrived damanged, I have contacted the company and yet to have a reply from them. Thier phonelines are apparently down. I awaite a response.
Update 21st May 2026 - Thank you for your reply below on trustpilot. I have emailed now 3 times and as you are aware of the issue, I hope that you can respond to my emails with a solution to the damaged item.

Tectake 2 draw cabinet white with locks
Well made sturdy 2 draw cabinet white with locks. Ordered directly from the company as cheaper. Took longer than 3-5 days as it came from Germany but good communication. I managed to make the flat pack (and it was my first ever flat pack) so pleased and with the end result. Recommend!

Item did not arrive
I ordered an item on 5th May, and it was marked as shipped on 6th May and noted as 'released by customs' in the UK on 7th May. But that is where it stops, and hasn't changed since.
I emailed a week ago and they said to wait a couple of days. It is now a week later and no change (on 19th May). Tectake have not responded to any further emails and never answer calls. This is very frustrating, with no communication and no idea if and when the order will arrive.

We are very sorry for the delayed delivery of your order. This is not at all what we wanted you to experience, and I can only sincerely apologise for that. It was not our intention to stop replying to you in any way. Unfortunately we had multiple cases of delivery issues, which was due to containers getting stuck in the sorting process, which meant a slight backlog of customer communications from our side. I am very sorry you were affected by both of these. Furthermore, due to the increased volume of messages, in order to ensure everybody received a response as efficiently as possible, we made the decision to temporarily close our phone lines. This information should have been communicated in the automated message, so I apologise if this was not clear.
I can see that, ultimately, we did get back to you on 21st May, and were able to get your order delivered to you on 22nd May.
