Initially, I bought an iMac MacBook Pro from TechUp Ltd, and I was so satisfied with their service that when I wanted to buy a new (second-hand) phone, I did not look elsewhere... So I ended up buying two phones from them too.

Like other first time customers I was wary to use my credit card for a large online purchase with a business I'd never used before. Three things helped my confidence- 1) They have a physical premise and I could inspect the phone if I wanted (no other online re-seller offered that option), 2) They give a 12mth warranty- everyone else gives 6mths 3) So many positive reviews on this independent "Trust Pilot" site. I'm impressed with the phone that arrived- in excellent condition as described. No problems so far- very happy. Unless a problem arises soon, I would use TechUp Ltd again- it makes a lot of sense to get a slightly older model phone at a drastically reduced price :)

Got the wrong product thinking I was getting a pro but I got a pro max and they wouldn’t pay for me to ship it back to them absolutely bad

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished machine and I wasn't sure how it would go. I have been impressed so far. Prompt dispatch, very tidy device and great value for money. Having the option of returning the machine, within a fortnight, if I wasn't satisfied gave me peace of mind. However, the product is excellent and there is no need for return! I would highly recommend TechUp to other purchasers.

The refurbished Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max was indistinguishable from new and presented in a very professional looking after market box which included a SIM card release tool. A 12 month Warranty was included with the purchase. Product delivered by Courier when promised. Completely satisfied with the iPhone and have no hesitation in highly recommending TechUp.
