Unclear and poor quality parts
Not clear from the website what devices have all genuine parts or replacement parts. Supposed 'high-quality' replacement part broke after a few weeks of normal use and it was very difficult to get a refund.

I understand I'm purchasing a…
I understand I'm purchasing a second-hand product, but it's important that the description is accurate. I purchased a MacBook M1 Pro that was listed as being in "excellent condition," which I took to mean no major dents, scuffs, or cosmetic damage. However, when it arrived, it had multiple scuff marks, paint chips, dents, and even a torn charging cable.
All I'm asking is that the condition is described as accurately as possible so buyers know exactly what they're getting.

Super stoked with my new (old) phone! ⚡
Super stoked with my purchase from TechUp. My phone arrived in far better condition than I expected from a 5yr old phone! Also arrived with a case and charger, and in a fancy custom box, far more than I expected for a 2nd hand phone.
It works great with no problems and I plan to buy my next phone off these guys when it's time to upgrade.
