I upgraded my Samsung tablet and wanted to trade my old one in for the best price I could find, tech tiger came out best price, so followed all their instructions, packaged it properly and sent it off, I had to pay for special delivery with was nearly £15 as the item wouldn't have been covered for the amount it was worth if lost or damaged. It arrived the next day, was checked over and the money in my PayPal account within the day it was checked even though it said wouldn't be there until the following day. Highly recommend as had not problems what so ever trading my tablet with these guys

I had a few questions before placing the order. The phone was answered quickly and the lady i spoke to was very helpful. The phone arrived very quickly after placing order. It arrived in excellent condition, so was very pleased. It was a Xmas gift for my husband and so far he is delighted with the phone and couldn't tell it was refurbished.

I was linked with TechTiger by initiating a trade in via the company Backmarket, they were offering more than other companies so I went ahead without doing my own due diligence and checking reviews, my mistake!!
I selected flawless iPhone 15 pro max as my phone had a screen protector and case the whole time I had it and I have photo proof that it was in basically brand new condition.
TechTiger received the phone and then a day later I had a revised offer £50 less because somehow they had apparently found scratches all over the device and screen.
I checked the photos they offered as proof and was shocked, it was clearly a different phone because the photos didn’t match my device. I reached out to Backmarket and complained, they were basically no help and just asked TechTiger to turn on the device and show the IMEI number on screen and provide proof, which they did.
The photo they offered was my imei number but the phone display was not mine, so either they had damaged my phone or they had stuck a damaged screen protector on the display for a doctored photo. And the device showing all the scratches could have been any crap iPhone 15 they had laying around.
In the end, after looking at other reviews and seeing people say they asked for their devices back and they came back damaged I took the £50 hit and took the money and ran. But it pained me to have to allow this company to run such a scam which is why I am here, hopefully this review will help others avoid these cowboys!
If you see a trade in price a little lower but with a more reputable company, just take it, coz you won’t be getting the original quoted price from TechTiger, they are a complete scam outfit and I wish I never encountered them!!

I ordered a phone through Back Market which originally ended up lost. During the whole process I contacted TT customer support and received regular updates and help, customer service could not have been better. I got refunded and placed another order for a phone from TT through Back Market and managed to receive the phone this time and honestly you couldn't even tell it's refurbished. The physical condition is spot on, not a single mark or scratch, there wasn't even a speck of dirt. The battery health was perfect which I didn't expect at all, was a pleasant surprise. I hadn't even ordered the 'best' grade condition so was very happy with what I received. The phone itself is running smoothly, I have no issues whatsoever and if any arise I know the customer service team will be able to help.

Refurbished iPhone 15 plus.

I recently bought a 15 plus black from tech tiger as a birthday gift for my daughter.
The phone was listed as in excellent condition. However when I received it it was in what has been graded as in good condition from the Apple Store.
There was a big chip in the screen and damage around the cameras at the rear of the phone!
Also I never received a charger cable for the phone.
I’ve contacted tech tiger now several times about this issue and sent them pictures as evidence too.
Also the battery max capacity was set at 82%
Not great considering I spent around £500 for the phone.

Bought a refurbished phone from tech tiger via Amazon. Phone was as described and great value for money. It also arrived ahead of schedule. I would definitely buy from them again

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but when it arrived everything was perfect. The company even included a USBC to c connector. The phone works perfectly and I'm very happy. Also, the phone is in excellent condition.
