I'd searched for the best price available for my excellent condition Galaxy watch on other platforms before Christmas and was a little disappointed to be quoted just £40, so I was delighted that TT offered me £60.
The process for sending in my watch was fairly straightforward but I was very happy with the speed of TT's response to me once they had received my watch and the speed and efficiency of their payout.
One minor quibble is that as I don't have a printer, I had to ask them to send me a sticky label for posting. If TT could have sent me a QR code to my phone that I could have taken to the Post Office, it would have made the process even more seamless. However, this is a minor point and doesn't take away from my happiness with TT's service.
