We switched to Teamwork in 2015 from Basecamp. It was a great decision! Teamwork really helps to make our project management and client and and employee communication so efficient. Our team and clients love it! And Teamwork just keeps getting better and better.

Innovative project management
The best thing about Teamwork is how quickly they innovate. I can't think of any other software that has added or improved on more features over the last 5 years.
They give our digital agency all of the tools we need to stay organized and efficiently get projects done.

An update resulted in plan being lost
They did an update that corrupted my entire project plan. 2 weeks of work down the drain. Now there's performance and stability issues and the tool is unusable. Features stopped working and there are now some serious defects in the software. their support team were unable to help, resolve my issue, or restore my original plan.
